Dr. Magalie Couturier talked to him during the whole exam explaining what she was doing just like a doctor normally talks to a patient, we really appreciated that. We decided to do surgery to remove the mass. She went over a detailed estimate with me explaining what is necessary and what is optional so I knew what to expect to pay for the procedure. It was very scary for me because he is not a young hamster and there are many risks, but the surgery was successful and ended up costing less then the estimate. All the staff is friendly, responsive and are happy to answer all your questions. I'm very thankful for their amazing service and helping my hamster to live his best life.

That was about two months ago. This week I used the same medication to heal my old Teemo again for another abscess on its belly.

The receptionnists are kind, helpful and always go the extra mile for you. The veterinarians are knowledgable, skillful and very compassionate. The technicians handle pets carefully and with love. The service they provide justifies the price you pay at the end. This is an elite team of skilled workers. Special thanks to Dr. Brieger, the owner.

I gave them a quick call, and the receptionist was very helpful. Luckily his situation improved but still brought him in for an examination (hadn't gotten one since the adoption) The vet was nice, explained everything in detail and I was happy to hear that he was perfectly healthy. He informed me that sometimes blockages can happen even if I do everything right, due to buildup of fibres and hair. I did take up on his advice to add papaya tablets to his diet (I already give him Oxbow Digestion tablets) as it helps breakdown hair. Overall had a good experience. Price was also reasonable. I can rest assured that, should anything happen again, my rabbit Peter will be in good hands.

She was seen by the Vet and was prescribed a few medications and got 2 injections. When I got home, she was worse than when i went in. A few hours later she was beginning to have seizures. I comforted her and held her until she died in my arms at 12:20AM . I called the Exotic vet to announce her passing and to prepare to close her file. I always ask for a copy of the report of the medical visit to keep in my file. The secretary tells me there is a $10. charge for that. I didn't want the whole file just the visit from the day before. Enough I was charged a pretty penny the night before now they want more. The pain of losing a precious pet, and then they want to gouge you for more money. I'm so disappointed and angry at what this clinic has become.
R	Rata tus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my rat there for an appointment this morning. It went fine. Not my first pick for exotic vet. I prefered my experience with vet collective in Longueuil. Same prices at both places. The receptionist asked if I wanted a copy of my 200$ invoice and I said of course. Why would you even ask? That aside I was in the room for the physical. Pretty basic, listened to his heart, poked his tummy and took his weight. Went in for respiratory issues and was prescribed 2 antibiotics and 1 anti inflammatory. A pretty penny but I love my boy so it was worth it for his health ❤️ nice gift shop.
