Most of the times i had to spend time directing the vets what to do and what to include as they would never suggest the obvious. I do not need to do this with this clinic. They all work well together and the team is super tight with effective communication, motivated and compassionate to help without needing to do 30 different tests every single time i have an appointment, they do not push unnecessary tests and explain everything with piece of mind and extremely reasonable prices upfront. As an IT expert, i have also noticed how their software is very efficient with appointment notification and after appointment followup. The team never fails you and you dont feel alone with your problems.

I have a four month old kitten, every other clinic refused to see me even if I told them she’s heavy breathing and she’s congested. I dropped my kitten with the staff(very nice and polite) and the veterinarian called me right away as we are not allowed to go inside with the pets due to COVID … She answered all my questions, made me laugh, and took care of the kitty at the same time. She took her time to reassure me. We need more veterinarians like her, people who are in it for the right reasons! 11/10
