★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not believe what just happened to me...
Was sitting inside the clinic with my puppy, waiting for my friend to finish with her appointment and I was asked to leave.
Reason... My puppy barks. It's not like if he was barking non stop... Just a little wooff here and there. He is not even 4 months.
So here I am sitting in the cold waiting for my friend because I don't even have the car keys....
Never coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While shopping around for a vet for my new puppy, I found out that Timberlea Vet requires a vaccine passport. This is discriminative for no reason. As we see more countries and province drop all mandates and vax pass, it makes no sense to do this. Luckily most other vets in the area don't have these unnecessary rules in place so I quickly found an alternative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. I’ve been taking my cats there since 2014 and I have nothing bad to say. Their vets are very caring and knowledgeable as well as their technicians. Their prices are reasonable and I have never, ever felt pressured to buy something, get extra care/tests, and when I have struggled financially they have been very mindful of it. I moved quite far from them a couple of years ago and I still rather make the trip to Kirkland than change vets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit this clinic yesterday following a night at the emergency for my Tcup Chihuahua that fractured her left front paw. At the emergency they refused to put a cast on her and sent me to my own vet to do it. After almost 4 hours calling all the vets in montreal, i finally lended on this clinic where I spoke to Leah and was so wonderfully sweet and asked all the right questions to make sure that the doctor had all the information she needed. I brought Tina and saw Dr Fisher and she took the time to exam-in tina and did some scans to see the evolution of her paw. The vet was so honest and advised me to come back in three weeks to see how she is healing. I just felt so reassured and that’s what you need when you baby gets hurt. Thank you Timberlea, for taking care of my baby. I am definitely bringing my other baby as well as of now. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dogs love coming to see their “dogctor”! Staff is amazing… We fell welcomed since we walk in at the front door. Dr. Glew, Dr Fisher, Kimberley, Leah, Susan…. Omg. Im sorry for the other ones that I did not mentioned the name (I cant remember them all) but you are all AMAZING! Bella and Maggie love you all too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitty Chicha had a great experience at timberlea! The vet was amazing, explained everything clearly and they were also very organized. I receive texts reminder for her upcoming appointments. She also got a cute onesie after her surgery! I once in a while to get her nails cut. Amazing and quick service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 100% recommend Timberlea, it is the best vet clinic! They saved my cat Rice’s life, they did everything to help my cat without try to charge you more. Absolutely a great clinic! Effectively and responsibly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this clinic. They have saved Tessa’s life literally several times after she ate plastic. They also take care of Lola, our family dog. Every doctor, every technician and the whole team are dedicated professionals who care for the health of your animal.
(They don’t take advantage of your pet challenges by charging you exorbitant amounts of money either.)
