★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Security guy where you have to scan the code was very rude and impatient with me because my phone wasn't scanning the bar code. I didn't appreciate his attitude and behavior infront of my daughter. But on a positive there's a very nice security guy who helped me with the pre-registration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long lineup at opening time. They hand out coupons with an appointment time so you don't have to wait in the cold. When your time comes you will follow a long line but at least it's indoors. Bring your earbuds - indoor wait approx 1 hour.

Right now, almost 100,000 tests per day are being done (in the testing clinics) and they dare blame the clinic (Kirkland or others) while it’s the lab’s being too full. The nurses are tired and they just don’t have the time to take 5-20 minutes to calm down the children while there’s 200 people waiting behind. They do almost 2000 tests a day EVERY DAMN day. You say they don’t have empathy but they are just simply tired and wanna pass everyone. They used to receive 200 people per day but now they have 10 times that so of course the lab is full! They don’t have 10 times more staff to keep up either. I don’t work they, but a nurse explained to me the situation and I 100% understand them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went with my daughter the nurse was super awesome with her, talking her through it and being super gentle. But then we go today and without warning this nurse just shoves it up my daughter's nose, causing her to ball her eyes out, yet complained that she's "not supposed to move." How does she expect her not to when she's being so rough!? Then she looked annoyed at me when I comforted my daughter instead of going right away for my turn. I was super livid. Like if you're dealing with the public, ie: all ages, that means you should be equipped to handle children in a kind, gentle manner. Very displeased.
Edited: I went here for the third time with my daughter and requested a gentler nurse who's good with kids and they delivered. It was definitely a better experience than the previous one!
