★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new shower kit at Bain Depot West Island, and I must say I received excellent customer service from Francis Perez. There was a delay in the doors for the shower kit I had ordered in early March which would delay my bathroom project by two weeks. With a lot of searching on his part, he managed to secure me another model of shower kit and was able to locate all the parts in other Bain Depot stores so I would not need to postpone my bathroom project. Thank you Francis for going that extra mile to help a customer.!! Great customer service!

I met your employee Francis Perez, who was extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the best customer experience I've ever had, even if, technically, I wasn't a customer yet.
I had bought a bathtub from another store and one necessary part for the installation wasn't included. Unfortunately it wasn't mentioned on their site and I was made aware of it once the bathtub was at my home. I was running around for days trying to find that part without any success.
Sam (Ibtissam Aouadi) and her assistant were very nice and helpful, found the place where I could buy it from and even placed the order for me.
They won me and my wife over by being interested in helping us. We still have to buy a few things for our remodeling (the vanity is the next one) and for sure we'll buy it from Bain Depot.

The service is amazing, the entire staff was really helpful and friendly, especially Marco who was very knowledgable and he took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. We renovated our entire bathroom in November 2021 and we bought all the furniture from here. They were all delivered on time and there were no damages. Overall, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend shopping there.
