I ordered the washing machine and dryer on December 26, and paid for the installation costs and accessories for these two items. But when the goods arrived on December 31, the deliveryman said that the dryer lacked accessories and could not be installed, so I contacted customer service. After making countless calls, every customer service who answered the phone asked me to wait for news and wait for news. Don't know when to wait. The two machines are still trapped in the only narrow aisle in my apartment.

We order all our appliances for our new house since December. We were told by our salesman who is also the manger Luis Miguel Herrera Fong that the delivery will be end of March After multiple visits at the showroom and endless lies we got half of the appliances end of April. They send us just the dryer and the oven not the washer, dishwasher, Fridge We are calling costumer service and they give us dates for August. Is all lies after lies I would avoid them by any mean.

I ordered the KitchenAid appliances from CAS on 26th December 2021 and paid 25% as a deposit. The seller (Steven) told me CAS will deliver them at end of January or latest beginning of February 2022. At the middle of January, he followed up for the remained amount, and therefore I paid fully. He showed me on his monitor that all appliances are available in the warehouse and they’re waiting for the fridge to deliver all items together. After completing my payment he said he will update me about the delivery date by email. But I received an automated email on 25th of February indicating the products you have ordered are back-ordered for fridge, dishwasher, and ranger!!! I asked Steven for an update for the delivery date, and he has never replied to my email. I called him a couple of times and left some messages but still no reply!! I received another automated email on March 25, 2022 again indicating the items you have ordered are back-ordered. I sent him another email and complained about the delay. He responded that the vent is ready and the dishwasher will be available on April 4. He asked me "do you want us to deliver the items which are available?" and I replied, "of course". But as you guess he never replied to my emails again and nothing happened. Finally, I had to go to the store to meet him and asked him "why don't you answer my emails and calls? I’m waiting for my order?" He laughed very impolitely and said, "the supply chain was affected in the pandemic so it’s normal". I explained once I ordered the appliances, they were aware of the pandemic and nothing was new. They gave the delivery date based on the current situation. Also, I insist that he showed me on his screen that all items were available on the stuck but after a couple of weeks They are saying only vent is available!! To solve my issue, I asked sending me all items that are available, since I don’t trust them anymore and I want delivery of the rest items as soon as be available. He said you have only one delivery and if you decide to deliver the items more than one time you have to pay the delivery fee. I requested them to waive the delivery fee as compensation but he refused it since he believed I got a good discount initially, besides that he mentioned the company raised its costs! It’s wired. It seems they didn’t transfer the money that was paid to KitchenAid on time so they had to pay with new prices. Also, I believe CAS don’t reserve the items for the customers that already paid they are selling the items that are available to the customers that looking for one item, and the customer like me that ordered the kitchen set have to wait for 6 months until everything be available by the chance. They are offering me to refund my money after 5 months and I didn’t accept so They told me I have to wait until the end of May. I’m pretty sure they will send me another automated email to postpone the delivery time again at the end of May. I’m not recommending this company. They’re not responsible and you will feel abused

Lied to. The delivery process didn’t (isn’t) going how it was supposed to. I was told the fridge would be delivered on the 16th of April. I was told I would get a call the day before to give me the 4 hours delivery window. Never happened. The customer service agent said they would’ve called me the morning of because yesterday was a holiday. Never got that call. But apparently he has proof (lies). I did my own research and found my deliver window online. Never got the fridge. I called at the end of the delivery window to find out what was going on. Customer service said they hadn’t started deliveries yet. I asked to check more. He did and called me back and said the truck broke down and they called all the customers to tell them they’ll have to reschedule. Again. Never got a call. He says he has a proof that they called me at 12:20pm and left me a voicemail. I don’t have a missed call or a voicemail. Twice they were supposed to call me. Twice I never got called because apparently I couldn’t be reached. Yet I spoke on the phone today no problem to other people including the CAS rep. The entire process is absolutely not acceptable. Your delivery company is awful. And I was lied to by customer service.

Great buying experience. They were able to match and even beat competitor pricing on the dishwasher and electric range that I ordered. Even better was although they initially quoted me a delivery date 3+ weeks away, somehow my customer service rep managed to secure it in a matter of days. Delivery was super smooth.
