Called Jan 19 for service for Samsung dishwasher because dishes weren’t coming out clean.. 1st technician came Feb 3rd and practically said to wash the dishes before putting them in dishwasher.. funny that for 41/2yrs never had a problem.. he decides to order the upper rotary blade. Technician #2 came March 15th wrong part! Reorders part comes back March 29 with WRONG PART again!!! So he reorders and takes pictures of original part and of serial and model numbers.. he comes back may 3 with guess what???? The wrong part again!!!!!!! While waiting I did some research and according to consumer report they strongly advise not to buy extended warranty better to put money aside in case of need .. they also said clients who buy extended warranties are the worst served .. and be aware of COMERCO they never answer calls once they get your money!!!

Washer broke down - Samsung recommended to call electro expert.Called them on 28 feb and they scheduled to come on 16 March (2weeks later). Did some inspection - said that washer need a sensor per the code. Charged 160$ and re scheduled as they don’t have another part available which is most likely needed to be replaced as well. I got another email within 2-3 days that the parts arrived. I called for appointment- they scheduled for 31 March. They came , replaced 2 parts , charged another 398.48$. Half an hour later I tried to use the washer and now it is completely frozen. Even worst than before . Called them back- lady said your washer was working when the tech left so now you will get a call from them to reschedule another appointment as the tech who had left here does not want to come back right away. Almost 600$ later I am still sitting with a broken washer.

Company very professional, they sent us emails saying parts were ordered. Once received, they asked us to make an appointment. Repair person would call us the day of the repair to inform us what time he was coming. They kept us informed.

Electro-Experts provided me with good customer service and responded quickly to my call. David, the technician is very professional and knowledgeable in fixing our microwave and oven. He also would give extra information on how to take care of our appliances to last longer. He fixed them both and handled the appliances with great care . Every piece removed and replaced was placed gently as not to damage our space in the kitchen. Very clean work! Great job David! I would call Electro-Experts again if needed. Thank you!

Very very disappointed and not bad my new bad customer service reference. My cellar needs to be repaired for about a year. They don't follow up. Technicians come and don't know what to do. They leave saying that they will contact us again and that does not happen. To date for this same problem, they have not shown up for 3 appointments without notifying us and trying to contact us again. Electro-Experts, maybe it would be time to put the key in the door if you act like this, no!?!

This was an extended warranty repair on my Samsung cooktop. It was easy to make an appointment. The technician arrived on-time and had all the necessary parts with him to make the repair. the entire visit was less than an hour and the results were very satisfactory. The cooktop now works as new. Very satisfied.

They repaired a dryer that was under warranty. They were very fast to get back to me once I talked to the dryer's company for the warranty. They had to change the date but Greg was very patient and well informed. He knew exactly what the problem was and he reassured me that I could continue to use the dryer while waiting for it to be repaired. A day before the appointment they called me because there was a cancellation and they could come earlier. He came, repaired it, and even did a diagnostic on the dryer when I pointed out something else that I noticed about the dryer and was not sure was normal. Very efficient, ready to help, and polite! Very happy and grateful to Electro-Experts and Greg who took care of my dryer!

When the technician came to repair my washer, he realized that it wasn’t actually broken. The newer washing machines have a safety mechanism that shuts the motor when it’s over worked. He explained this to us but did not actually have to fix anything. We just had to wait for it to cool down to use it again. He also gave us tips to upkeep the washer in good condition . Great service.
