Worst customer delivery experience of my life!!! I have five kids under 10 and our washing machine died on us this past Tuesday. I called CAS and spoke to Patrick Gagnon. He was absolutely amazing. He walked me through some of the products and we pulled the trigger instantly on a high-end washing machine ($2000). Patrick assured me delivery would happen Thursday which was critical as we do laundry every day of the week and we’re running out of clean clothes. The next day, our dishwasher gave out. I immediately called Patrick on his extension and bought a high-end dishwasher. No shopping around or negotiating on price. CAS confirmed delivery was scheduled for 10:30-2:30 today. As we live in Ste Agathe, there is a lot of snow. The only door wide enough to get a washing machine into our laundry room is through or back entrance. Wanting to ensure the safety of the delivery team, my wife and I shovelled our back entrance for 3 hours and I laid down five bags of salt over the course of 8 hours as the delivery kept getting delayed. At 5:10 p.m., the delivery team called me from my street, less than 1 km (two minutes down the road) and decided not to come because of a sign saying “no trucks permitted”. This is an old sign before they made the new ones saying “except local delivery”. Anyone working in transportation should know this sign does not apply to local deliveries but I guess the delivery team really wanted to end their day. I tried to explain to them that trucks pass on our street daily and that I was here to help them unload. They hung up on me and never showed up. After several calls to my salesperson and customer service, the offer made was to deliver the washing machine on Tuesday Dec 21st (5 day later). I told them I didn’t accept and asked them to propose another solution. They said this was their solution and if I didn’t accept that I could cancel. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! With no acceptable solution proposed, I decided to cancel my washing machine. This is most unfortunate for Patrick as he did his job to perfection. I hope ownership gives him credit for the sale and fires the delivery company. I considered returning the dishwasher too but that would affect Patrick so for his sake, I won’t do that. Now we have fIve kids with no clean clothes for school tomorrow and I need to drive to St Jerome to buy a new machine and install it myself. As someone who works in the Transportation Industry, I am beyond disappointed with their inconsiderate attempt to rectify the terrible customer experience. They could have offered a discount, they could have offered to arrange expedited delivery before the weekend, but they didn’t. There’s always a solution and a way to make it right. I hope ownership / senior management reads this and takes a good hard look at their customer service protocols. There’s too much competition in the appliance marketplace to be treating customers like this. Order 1799480

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end of my purchase. Kelly Zacharius was very helpful in helping me finding the right dryer that would fit with my washing machine (small stackable Blomberg). She even took the time on her day off to help me out with extra details concerning payment and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday! Their delivery team removed my old dryer and placed my new one so that I was able to use the dryer immediately. Tracking the delivery and getting updates on when it was going to arrive was very helpful. :)

WHAT THEY PROVIDE IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!They sold an europe standard washer and delivered to me. It's for 208V-240V and the plug is different, so I asked for a return. They wasted ME AROUND 2 weeks to finish the whole process and charged me for more than 100$ for the delivery. I will make complaints until I got my money back! It's ridiculous to sell products the customers can not use here and dared to charge for the delivery. It's their fault!! Can you believe it? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Please do not buy from this company. You will be left completely helpless and stuck with a big bill. The salesman I dealt with was dishonest and fails to mention the delivery policy. I paid for delivery and installation and ordered a stackable washer and was told they could not install it due as the dryer was already there and they could not do that. The delivery people told me on the phone the sales office just tell you things to make a sale and the hung up. They also refused to haul away the old washer. This company will leave you scrambling - please avoid. The salesman also doesn't respond to his emails or phone calls.

I researched wall ovens thru their extensive online list of available models from home. Went to store just to place the order in person. Delivery was scheduled in 2 days (item was in stock), excellent communications throughout the delivery process, constant status updates, scheduled for a 4 hour delivery block, received 20 minute notification of arrival, showed up earlier than that. Delivery took only minutes, they carried it right into the kitchen with straps. Only downside is maybe they didn't wipe or offer to remove their boots, tracked a little snow into the house, easy to mop up.

My wife and I visited the store after seeing an appliance online we liked. Patrick was very attentive, sincere and pleasant. 1.5 hours later we had ordered everything we needed for our new reno: A fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini fridge. It was a great experience. Happy customers!

I do not recommend. My delivery had to be reschedule as the machine were broken when delivered. I contacted the sale agent who took care of me and he couldn't care less. Once I purchased my machine he stopped answering my calls and emails... Worst customer service experience. I paid for the installation and it was horribly installed. I called to ask if someone could come back to make sure it was well installed and they are still charging me for that service. Customer service experience is a nightmare.

Do not order from here! I purchased 5 appliances together for a bundle deal. Price was decent, but delivery and customer service are a nightmare. Delivery has already been pushed back 3 times. Fridge and stove arrived with scratches and dents in stainless steel. I have been without a washer/dryer for weeks now. They keep promising delivery dates, but later inform you that they’re back ordered. I also have a random outstanding balance on my account even though I had already paid everything in full. Called in and have spoken to at least 6 different agents and none of them are helpful. The only agent that has been helpful and apologetic is my initial sales agent. The other couldn’t care less to help. They’re all just telling me to speak to another department (sales, customer service, home delivery). I’ve spoken to at least 10 different agents at this point, and they’re all pointing fingers. Update: my laundry washer just arrived after 3 delivery delays, and the entire front corner is scratched and was offer an insulting compensation discount or wait several weeks for a replacement. This experience just keeps getting worse.
