I had an amazing experience at Excel Honda. Extremely friendly staff. Amine is a great sales consultant. He really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with everything. He was always available if I had any questions and still is. Thank you to Ali and Marco as well. I highly recommend Excel Honda!

Excellent customer service ! Supreme staff ! Absolute beautiful energy overall, as a team they have been "THE PLACE" for me if I ever wanna do anything with buying, selling, leasing, financing ANY vehicle, new or used ! They are far more trustworthy than many others I have seen so far. Especially Marco Vitti in sales department made us believe there is such a thing as an honest car seller ! Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave the all the info which I needed. Got excellent service. I would recommend excel honda only because because of Nick, such a great representative you guys have. He took care of everything and helped me at every step. Thanks to a great team!!!

I had a camera recording system in my car which helped me to see that this place has issues with honesty. I took my car to Excel Honda to diagnose a problem. Left the car there in the morning. At the end of the day, the guy (I dont share his name) called me and told me that they have seen exactly the same problem that I was describing, and their technician wants to take the car home so that he can drive and better understand the issue. I liked that they wanted to take their time and diagnose the issue. I said 'sure, you can take the car, I don't mind taking it back next day.' Next day, I had my car back and the information about the problem. They had the list of the pieces that needs to be changed, and with labor it costs around 4k$. I don't mind anything to this point. However, when I go home and watch the recording, I see that nobody checked the car in the first day. In the second day, they just plugged it in the computer and that's all. I don't question their expertise. However, I don't understand why people make a story of taking a good care of my car and show their work harder than actually it is. After all, I am not thinking to take the car there again. I can't spent 4k$ in a place that people lies like it's part of their job.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was in a car accident with my new HRV in January. Michel from the body shop and his team wet above and beyond for me. The team in the new card department customer is amazing. I would highly recommend Honda Excel to anyone. I have been with them over 18 years

Yesterday, I made an appointment at excel Honda for changing vehicle's summer tires and with it comes a few surprises mainly with service and handover. As the temperature drops from last week the team at excel Honda proactively calls the customers to take an appointment for tire change and instantly confirmed my appointment for 23rd Oct, and never expected such a horrible experience. I dropped my vehicle at 9.30 am as per my appointment schedule and was told the vehicle will be ready by 4pm. I was confident that the team would message or call me once my work order is finished but to my surprise none of that happened, so I gave a call to the service center to know the status of my order and they confirmed the vehicle is ready for pick-up. Ecstatic took Uber (I stay 40kms away) and reached the service center exactly at 4pm and with me 2 more people waiting to get their cars, and to our surprise (1) the only person available is the janitorial personnel who told us the staff left and no one is around to handover our cars. Janitor walked us to the sales building hoping someone can help and luckily the manager (tbc) tried calling the manager and the director of service, and none of them responded. Finally, the sales manager took our requests into action and handover the vehicles. Surprise (2), pathetic work (change of tires) as my wheels are alloys you can see the damages across all four wheels, and I can't comprehend the quality of work done by excel Honda. The next (24th Oct) morning as I planned to take out my car, I found the rear tire completely deflated so had to rush to a tire repair shop, the mechanic upon inspection told some debris held between the rim and tire that gap leaked the air. It was very clear that the work done by the team was not up to the standards and eventually, I had to spend a few more bucks out of my pocket. Nobody should go with this type of hardship, so step up in your values towards customers satisfaction. 2 stars - for the 2 gentlemen

I’m writing this review on behalf of my partner who is an international student studying here in Montreal. Unfortunately the car we we’re interested in didn’t fit our budget but Madeleine was fantastic. She was extremely welcoming, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We felt really comfortable throughout the whole process and appreciate the quality of service we were given.

If you asked me which car model is the best to buy, for sure I‘ll choose Honda. I went to visite Excel Honda for car leasing, the receptionist was nice and polite, and the salesman Marco Vitti was so professional and welcoming, he explained to me in details and he’s so patient, also his manger Marco, Bruno, Patrick and Ali. They’re an energetic team, they are so kind to give you advice and help to solve problems for you. The showroom decoration is also great and fresh looking.
