The evening manager, Abiinash (apologies if I get it wrong, I am not sure if I remember his name) was quite rude. I asked him to help me find something that was in stock online. He looked in 2 aisles and then told me they don’t have it. When I asked if he could find someone who could maybe have a second look in the section or somewhere else in the store, he said no. I then asked if he was telling me he refused to ask someone, he told me “I’m the manager, there’s no one who knows this store better than me.” I can understand being busy, but looking at 2 aisles without checking the back or asking for a second opinion seemed like the least effort possible. To top it off with a straight up attitude, that kind of turned me off from going to this Canadian Tire when there are so many others I can go to.

I had to put 1 start to be able to post my review. Canadian Tire will be a 100 next years and I hope they learned something during all that time. Customer service is not their main priority and From what I saw, they will not last longer than a 100. When a store (or HQ) makes a mistake, they should own it and fix it and take care of their customers. I waited half an hour to be told that they made a mistake on their flyer and if I am not happy, I can call the Toronto HQ. On top of this, If you ever tried to return anything to Canadian Tire, you will see the difference and the huge gap when you compare them to Wal-Mart and Costco. I am so sad to see a Canadian company go down like this. I hope they will change their ways of treating their customers soon.

Poor customer service in the fitness section but cashier was nice. I went in to purchase exercise equipment, was asked to bring my own trolley to get the bike to the cashier, when I arrived at the front there were no trolleys. Went outside to retrieve one where I returned and waited fifteen minutes before loading the floor model myself onto the trolley. Pieces are missing which wasn't an issue however he went to another aisle to get a replacement without telling me where he retrieved the bolt, the size or how to adjust it. Quiet and uninteresred. As I mentioned cashier was nice and I loaded it myself into the car but was quite unimpressed and rarely try to write negative reviews but I hope this can help someone else avoid purchasing their equipment from this Canadian Tire. And the bike resistance band broke within the week. I fixed it myself as I was sure I wouldn't get much help at store level.

It’s a great Canadian tire but some days like today the, waiting line was way too long with only one cashier working. There should be more than one cashiers working. Came to take a few items and leave quick. Waited quite long for a weekday.

Unfortunately age has caught up with Canadian tire stores across the country. Although they are famous for not having the best customer service I have to admit that I can't remember a time where I wasn't able to find someone to help me within a reasonable time at this location. As for what they sell, Canadian Tire offers a bigger range of categories of articles than what you're regular hardware store would offer.

I like the service Only bad thing the appointment for car service have a waiting time of 2 weeks which is way too long. Also information lcd's in car sections were not working Staff was helpful specially in car section Also for tire selection is better if customer can see the pricing own there own rather then asking from counter

This is possible the worst Canadian tire I’ve ever been in. These guys had no idea where any of there products we 21/01/22 those working the evening shift … wow just wow. One was playing with a squeaky chicken that could be heard throughout the store, 3 other ones couldn’t tell you when their own head is. No one is wearing a uniform so you never know who’s an employee till you see them putting tags on items. Definitely need better training or better staff .. none of them seem to understand anything going on in their store

Nothing fashion and personal, but you can have almost everything for your home and vehicle. I needed a stain for my exterior window frame. The sales lady introduced a paint that can be applies on wood and metal. Even better. On my way out, I found some fishing baits interesting too. The paint worked well, hopefully the baits too.
