Hello just to let you know that if you’re bottled products make sure there properly closed sealed otherwise upon driving they will spill out in your car and never put them in the trunk, ideally in the back seat floors Beside this incident that I had recently instilled consider that’s it’s a nice quality and affordability store Thanks ?

Terrible experience I had yesterday. A quite amateur staff whose name is Yune and is most probably from Philippine behaved us rudely and mocked us. We purchased a lot of stuff, as usual, but the staff was so impolite. While reporting her terrible behavior, her manager tried to justify her wrong action instead of apologizing us. I am used to going to Costco, its staff are so nice and behave very friendly compared to Walmat. I strongly recommend not purchasing there anymore.

Every time I go in, there's something annoying and ridiculous to deal with. I only go here when I lack options - for example, doubling the price of clearance items is garbage. I'm assuming the same rude employees that have been there all winter made that decision in order to exploit whatever tourists arrive for the warm part of the year? It's crass behaviour that hurts locals, the staff isn't well trained enough to be helpful, the lack of options for those who need assistance with mobility issues is cruel, and I won't bother returning.

A regular efficient Walmart. Groceries, inexpensive clothes (larger sizes available) toys, kitchen items, cosmetics.. No more plastic bags or availableto buy either. you will have to bring your bags.

Terrible experience. None of the staff could answer any of my questions about the location of products. They did not offer to help find someone who could help. Then when I got to the front line I asked if I could exchange my bill for coins. The clerk managing the line said yes go to the clerk in the middle and she'll do it. I asked her if she could and she said yes but you need to buy something. So I brought her my item and said here it is please exchange my bill for coins. She says no I can't go that. The manager comes over and agrees with the girl. I said okay yes that's fine but why have 2 of your staff say yes and then change their mind at the last minute? Get your staff together please.

Worst experience I had this time. Nobody told me that where is juicer and which one will work best. If I asked them, they were showing the expressions like don't know. They should know about the product details that which one is good for juice and which one is good for smoothie. Sorry I was disappointed with you people.

This is the first time we visited Walmart Supercentre as we're new to Montreal so this review is based on our first impressions. The location is pretty good and accessible through public transport. 1. Accessible by metro as its close to Namur metro station 2. They have a halal meat section and stock both Zabiha & Mina brands of chicken 3. There are two aisles dedicated to food that is used in Indian/South East Asian & Midlle Eastern cuisine 4. The bakery section has eggless cakes etc. & naans available too The great thing was that they cater to a wide mix of diaspora. Their staff were very helpful and polite when asked for help. The only downside was the fact that they had one person checking everyone's trolley and receipt which makes no sense when they have sensors placed at exits. This caused unnecessary delay and people queueing up for no reason. Instagram @zaraexplores

Very bad service! We went there yesterday with my brother at around 7 pm. to buy him a bicycle. There was nobody at the bikes' section. We waited for around 7 minutes for someone to show up. After that I went to find an employee to help us. The first woman with the Walmart badge told me that she could not help me and I had to go to the customer service near the entrance and ask them for help. I asked her can she called somebody on the walkie talky, she said she doesn't have one. On my way to the customer service I saw another Walmart employee. She pointed me to a Arab looking guy and said that he was a manager. I asked him for help. He said that he would be in bike section in 2 minutes. When he arrived we asked him about the bike we were interested in. The manager was speaking to us just in French, while we spoke English. After he said that he couldn't help us, because the guy who takes care of bikes works just until noon and after that nobody can do nothing with these bikes. My brother asked him "You understand that you just lost a customer and we will go to another store?" He didn't answer. Was just standing and smiling. So after spending at least 45 minutes for nothing we left. Walmart is that the service you give to your customers now? I'm shocked!
