★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed, I know there are delays in shipping but I placed an order in November 2021 and was told it would arrive in Feb 2022, and it is now May and I still don't have my order and won't get it before mid June. They need to manage expectations better. Too bad because the store is nice and they have some nice stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sellers are not honest and they do not follow up on your orders at all after they sold you something. Bought a sofa months ago, they did not even called me once and when I did, they kept giving me new delivery date each time! They are irresponsible and they do not know where their items are!
Imagin going to the store in person to follow your order after 6months and find out that your sofa was already delivered but the company does not know where it was delivered! And they even asked you for more money to exchange your item with a similar item in their store more than the price difference!
Had to argue with the seller for thirty minutes!
Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from them, poor costumer service, and they won’t refund you if you urgently need to repair your fridge at the last minute they give you some awkward service repair wholesaler that books you in weeks of time which at that moment didn’t convene at all because I was unable to wait for that while. My repair technician came by right after an hour from the south shore which I felt blessed utterly he gave me a bill left the broken part as evidence for the manufacturer but upon point nothing was resolved.
I would never buy any home appliances from them and would advise any future customers to follow the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last weekend looking to purchase furniture ( dining room, full set bedroom & living room + TV). Waited to be assisted seeing it was busy. The associate came & kept showing me items that I proactively advised I wasn't interested in. While I was asking questions, another customer interrupted us seeking help. Without hesitation, he looked at me told me he's gonna go help her and asked me to wait
Unfortunately for him, I took my business elsewhere
Disappointed because Leons is always the store I recommend first to friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meubles Léon in Dorval is a decent store. The Layout is easy to follow and you can find what you need just by looking for it at the furniture shop. Customer service is a little bit of a challenge but some of the employees over there are friendly and nice. Price can be reasonable if the budget is right for you and they can deliver or pickup with the right time.
I hope to see some changes and some improvements in the near future. A would recommend for furniture shopping.

At the entrance, a single sofa was on sales, comfortable and friendly in price, but that was not the item on agenda. The store featured contemporary style of furniture, price is mostly acceptable. However, there are not much choices on the item I am looking for. Probably will be back another time for other items.

They try to offer help in any form and they are ready to answer any question with smile.
