What a great experience! I had a blast trying to figure out the puzzles with friends. The atmosphere was fun, they were extremely polite and helpful. You need to show up about 15 minutes earlier, and listen carefully to their rules before going in a room. If you have any questions about the rules be sure to ask them before going in so that it won't ruin your experience once you go in.

Quite fun, well-organized and some of the puzzles were very complex. BUT, $150 for a family of 4 for 1 hour? Are you joking!?

If you get out or not it’s still great fun. Went with some 10 year olds, did the The Wizard Four and the Book of Black Arts which may be difficult, but they can still participate. Very interactive.

Our time was cut IN THE MIDDLE of the game.Very dissatisfied experience. At a stormy weather, we arrived 4 minutes late after 45 minutes of drive. We proceeded with the payment and hung our clothes, while our supposed game Master was sending in other groups. After chilling, the stuff told us we would have 60 minutes to complete. However, AFTER THE GAME STARTED about 10-15 minutes, the stuff told us that he FORGOT we had arrived 4 minutes late and would cut our time. Extremely disturbing, let alone having fun. We were 15 min short for an hour-long game, while we were only 4 minutes late due to the storm. Most importantly, changing the rules (cutting time) in the MIDDLE of the game is simply disrespectful and an unacceptable practice.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME Went there with three of my best friends for a much needed post-COVID reunion. It took us 45 minutes to drive their in deep snow, and we were 3-4 minutes late. Once we arrived, people there were sluggish, in their slippers, and took their sweet time to “prepare” us for the game. There was really nothing to do but to wash our hands and put our jackets in a locker. After many periods of waiting we were led into the room and we started solving the puzzles, however about 15 minutes into the game, the “game master”’s voice came out of the walkie-talkie UNINVITED, and announced that they were going to CUT OUR GAME TIME SHORT and basically kick us out before our paid 60 minutes. This sudden rush completely messed with our minds and the puzzle-solving became much less enjoyable. This also soured our group dynamic, obviously now that we have basically 20 minutes to solve a puzzle that needed 40 minutes to solve, we were rushing and stressing in fear of not getting out of the “maze” on time. Ultimately we had only one more lock left to solve before our “game master” came to the room and KICKED US OUT. Also, one very important component in the game— a lock mechanism— DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, meaning that the stuff probably did not check carefully. What a DISAPPOINTING night!

Hi We were 3 adults and 4 x 11 year old girls. I wasn't sure what to expect, i figured worse case I can sacrifice an hour for the family. "The Game" or " le Jeu" as we played it in French. I must admit I loved it! Well done! Very immersive. Staff was awesome! Our Host was great, really helped set the mood. We actually escaped with 30 seconds left, although we did ask for hints twice. The hour flew by. We are already planning our next visit . I recommend Enjoy!

We had completely given up on escape rooms but heard that escaparium was one of the bests and decided to give it a go, we played the Harry Potter game and WOW!!! We loved it! The decorations, the puzzles and our game master Sam gave us hope in escape rooms! Very friendly and polite, we loved he’s energy! Thank You Sam for our amazing experience! We will definitely be back!

I LOVE escaparium…my 3rd time there and though I have never tried any others I feel super loyal to them because of my repeatedly great experiences with the rooms and staff (only 1 out of 3 solved). That being said they should officially give you 1.5 hours instead of only 1 because it’s definitely not enough time to solve the rooms without some kind of help/hints to move you along in order to respect the time constraints (Also helps to justify the cost and increase success rate which is good for marketing). Going at a quieter time helps as the staff are willing to give a bit more time, as they are not stressed to turn over the room, which is a huge bonus. Also for Alice they should adjust or change the directional locks so that they work better and the flower mirrors so that they clearly show what they are supposed to …Massimo was an awesome game master..we had a great time! Can’t wait to go back!
