★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience EVER. I regret having ordered such expensive pieces only to find out they have the poorest after-sale process. I have left numerous voicemails and passed by physically in store to get an answer as to when my delivery date is expected (after awful and unjustifiable delays) and nobody would get back to me even after they "promised" to do so. I even offered to go again and have went already once to pick up my own materials from the warehouse in St Jerome so i can control the process. Still waiting in the dark. My contractor is leaving by tomorrow and won't come back till July. in the meantime, we'll be using the guest bathroom until he comes back and installs this regretful shower. Never again. To the new owner, just because you just bought the business and theres a pandemic, it doesnt mean youre entitled to run it so unprofessionally. Go take a business course. Money doesnt teach you or buy you standard and class. And SPARE ME ypur generic reply to contact your customer service desk by email. Just CALL me. That would teach your employees how to treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 5 stars to your parts employee, JAMES ZUCCALA. He has helped me, many times. He is totally dedicated to his customers. He will not let a customer leave, without fully satisfying his/her needs. He knows everything about plumbing and the associated parts. He, definitely gives your company a very good name. Highly recommended, to others who need help in the plumbing world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have a wide variety of bathtubs, shower doors, accessories i mean you name but it's so expensive i get it they say good quality but you should at least have lower quality for a lower price just for the people that are on a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been serve by Mme Katia at Vague et Vogue Pierrefonds. I must say my experience with her and costumer service was excellent. Very helping, kind and clear, she did go the extra miles to answer all my questions and make my purchase/delivery easy.
My plumber did recommend me to this store for the quality of their products. A little bit pricey but the quality is definitely there. I am happy so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with this store (almost always the parts dept) half a dozen times over the last few years and every time I do I come away feeling glad that I've done business with them. They're most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and it's really a pleasure to deal with them. So much so, that after seeing them again a couple of days ago, when I first dealt with Jim and then an hour later, with the owner, I felt they really deserved a good review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst customer service I have ever received. You walk in the store, beautiful showroom. Do not be deceived, the products that they say you will receive never come in stock. The salesperson tells you lies and that then never call you back. I have been chasing my sales person for over 5 weeks now for updates on my order that I placed 3 months ago.I was told they would have it available in 2 weeks when I placed the order. I have called and left numerous voicemails and no one calls me back. I am so fed up. These were big purchases but once they have your order they do not care about the service afterwards. If you are looking for high end bathroom supplies I would take your business elsewhere. Not worth the headaches and hassle.
