★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils disent être un service d'urgence, mais leurs employés ne savent savent même pas les tarifs, alors tu dois attendre sans fin avant même de connaître leurs tarifs, ce n'est pas un service d'urgence ça. De plus j'ai eu le temps de trouver 3 plombiers le temps qu'ils me rappelent.
 They say they are an emergency service, but their employees don't even know the rates, so you have to wait endlessly before you even know their rates, that's not an emergency service. In addition I had time to find 3 plumbers while they called me back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service de soumission rapide, mais cher et pas qu'un peu! Une heure de trajet pour une demi-heure de présence, pour un devis deux fois plus cher que les autres. Et les frais ne sont même pas déductible de la facture finale. Abus et escroquerie car on ne vous avise pas à l'avance qu'il y aura des frais de devis.
Quick submission service, but expensive and not a little! One hour trip for half an hour, for a quote twice as expensive as the others. And the fees are not even deductible from the final bill. Abuse and fraud because we do not notify you in advance that there will be a quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, professionnel et courtois. J'ai fait remplacer le chauffe-eau situé dans le vide sanitaire de mon duplex, accessible par une trappe dans le plancher. Les obstacles rencontrés n'ont pas découragé Jean-Philippe et Bruno, ils ont été vraiment supers !
Excellent service, professional and courteous. I replaced the water heater located in the crawl space of my duplex, accessible through a hatch in the floor. The obstacles encountered did not discourage Jean-Philippe and Bruno, they were really great!

Il m'a suggéré de simplement changer celui-ci afin de réduire considérablement les coûts. Il a travaillé tres proprement. Je l'ai recommande fortement! merci
I had a problem with my water heater, I thought I had to change it. Well no, the plumber quickly realized that it was just a faulty item. He suggested that I just change this one in order to reduce the cost considerably. He worked very neatly. I highly recommended it! thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to iPlomberie for expert consultation on a big renovation project I have, building a 2nd story. I was very impressed. One of their plumbers came to my house, and inspected the existing plumbing, and fully understood what I was trying to do, and provided me with onsite feedback. Then, their team analyzed my architectural plan and highlighted some of the problems in my architecture (pluming-wise). So clearly, they are pros and they know what they're doing. After that, they provided me with a detailed quotation and called me to explain the different phases and what was involved in the work.
I really like them. They are professional, detail-oriented, and responsive. And I believe their services are priced reasonably. They are fully equipped to do any plumbing job (from installing a faucet to full plumbing for a new construction). I recommend them.
