They installed a cleanout access so I could run a snake/drain auger myself in the future, even gave me tips on how to use my snake, I own one but wasn't sure if I was using it correctly. Will absolutely call them again if I have drain issues I can't handle myself.

They were always highly professional, knowledgeable and punctual. They came for about 20 minutes, told us nothing could be done, took our money and then proceeded to give us a quote for 3200$ to do emergency excavation and rip out our basement floors. As any homeowner would do, we tried to get a second opinion about the matter because that seemed extreme for what our issue was. We finally stumbled across TRANSCANADA DRAIN who came and fixed our issue in around 1-2 hours without needing to destroy our house. Patience is a virtue which unfortunately monsieur drain doesnt have, because they would rather destroy someone’s home than take a couple of hours to take their equipment out of the truck and use it to fix the problem.

Unfortunately, the problem was far more severe than we anticipated, but the team at Mr Drain was extremely professional, courteous, reliable, and always answered our calls and texts. The job they did was incredible, and I don't know where we'd be without their help! Thank you to Howard and his entire staff for what you did for us!! I highly recommend Mr Drain.

So I called this company and they told me they would charge 475$ - 10% for the online promo code to come and unclog the line and that they could be there this afternoon. They then called me 30 mins before arriving on site, they then passed a camera through the pipes until they found the blockage which was at 20 feet deep, they then inserted a fish to remove the blockage, and then retested with the camera until 50 feet deep to make sure everything was nice and working normally. Professional people and they did a good job in a quick time. Would use them again.

We had a renovation happening upstairs, and the whole family was confined to the basement and then our sewer drain started to back up, I called Monsieur drain and explained our situation. They adjusted their schedule and were at my place within the hour. They used their cameras and found a pipe that was filled with roots. Using a water pressure technique, they were able to unclog the pipes. Throughout the ordeal, I was in communication with them about next steps to take and received so much information in a promptly and professional manner. Hats of to Derrick for over-the-top service. I would recommend to anyone who has a clogged pipe.
