★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won a gift certificate a few years ago and there is more than half still unused and they will not acknowledge it. They say the company changed owner and they did not transfer the balance. They will not even respond to my last email asking them to reconsider since I look into it and they should be legally honoring the gift certificate. No wonder they aren't on Facebook. Probably don't want other people sharing their bad experience.
