★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, when the place was called Ontario Tires. They have remodeled their waiting area. I mainly deal with Denis, who always seems to remember the history of my car. He always looks into solutions and is fair in his pricing. One time I had asked to clean the 4 disc, and he only charged me for two as the other ones didn’t need maintenance. That’s why I trust them.

The service was quick and accommodating, I was able to keep up with the office workload with their free wifi and coffee bar! I would recommend ICIPNEUS St-Laurent to everyone!!!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who requires any type of service on their car from fixing their brakes to changing tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Roger who was really kind and knowledge. Unfortunately he charged us almost 50% above his estimate for my timing belt change. The overruns were not unforeseeable so he could have given us a heads up. This screwed us over because had I known it would cost this much more, I would have scrapped the car and opted for a new one altogether. The work is fine (so far so good), but they need to do a much better job managing customer expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since they’ve changed names, they price gouge on parts, cheap quality parts for incredibly high prices. It’s a shame because I used to go there for years but this last time is the last time I’m going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for my tire and oil changes for just over two years and have zero complaints! The staff is professional, and the waiting room is spacious, which allows me to bring my laptop and work while I wait.
During a recent oil change, I had them do an inspection to see if there was anything that might need repair. They wrote the two repairs that need to be done on the receipt, and the service manager explained them to me, without putting any pressure to spend a lot of money right there on the spot. This is the type of service I appreciate and will keep me coming back
