absolutely terrible place to buy a car DO NOT BUY HERE. Recently bought a used car, its broken down a few times within 1 month of owning the car and they refuse to help me whatsoever and are refusing to refund me my money or even fix the car. very condescending salesman who are just there to get a commission cheque. stay far away from this dealership, worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car in my entire life, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

Very happy for servicing your vehicle, but beware when buying new, was told that certain options were not available on new truck and was ready to sign contract but got misinformed and went 3 days later to GM ile-perrot which had correct info and cost me 3000$ because of price hike... very disappointing....

Great service. They actually do listen to you. Like alot of dealers their car stock are low but these guys try to find you a good option on what YOU asked for.

Terrible Service! What is the intend of appointment there! just gave me 8:30 AM appointment for tire change and deliver the car 12: 30 PM, at the time of car acceptance never told me for such a long waiting time. very disappointed ... My occupation is very time sensitive, I have gotten 2 hours off from my work for the tire change purpose, long waiting time get me into the trouble !!

Worst place ever to buy a car and the service is TERRIBLE! Employees were laughing in front of me about how they don't care about clients. During the last 3 years, they made so many mistakes and don't even capable of apologies. Also, here is a message that I received when asked them to assume their obligations based on the agreement that I had with them: "This is to informedd you that your appointment maded for January 6 has been cancel. We will not performing any service on your car in ou workshops." (I found a couple of grammatical mistakes). Please stay away from this.

> MUST READ < we have a lease , our lease ends in July 2022. We first called “ no response or follow up” , we than visited “they tried selling us another car” we told them “NO” , not enough return for car, please tell us how much we owe, so we can pay the balance…..salesman told us to please call this person…. No response ! We visited a third time , spoke to another representative , he told us “NO PROBLEM” i will direct you to the right person, here is my business card and the ladies business card… We sent the information… “ no feedback” … we sent another email …. “No feedback” .. SO , we call them, the lady tells us , she is not responsible , it’s the responsibility of the man, the man tells us the same thing.. Whoever owns this dealership really needs an education on how to serve and respond back to customers.. AND read reviews please… the ineptness is beyond understanding

This place is so disorganized. Spent $45k here this year on a brand new car, they asked me if I would like to keep my summer tires in storage because “the first change is free”. I said no that’s ok I’ll bring them in for our first change. Here’s where it gets good. We wanted to make sure the tire change was free as we live about 45 minutes away, so we called and the lady on the phone said YES, this tire change will be free. So we went ahead and booked the appointment. When we arrived they handed me a bill for $105 and said that it’s not free because our first change was when they put winter tires on the car before we took possession on the vehicle. I said, but we called ahead, and you ensured me it was free. The guy even admitted it says “Free tire change” on the appointment notes, however.. and this is the BEST part. “That only says that because you told us it was free” If you ever wanted to see a business try everything in the book not to accept responsibility for its mistakes. This would be a good one. Note to the dealership: I accept that your policy is to count the initial tire change as the first one. However if you tell your customer to bring their car in for a tire change and ensure them it’s on the house, there is not a rational person in the world that would think this is ok to go back on it and blame the customer.

Jean-Philippe as my 2015 Chevy Cruze Advisor is always knowledgeable, kind, honest, and timely. In his absence, Stavros is great as well during past appointments. This dealership regularly follows up with me and provides awesome customer service. While waiting for your car, you can easily do your work. I have been visiting this dealership for car maintenance, purchase, and leasing needs for the past 7, and I have nothing but kudos for the team!
