Been using their service for a few years, mainly for convenience (deal with work). Ok for simple stuff and normal maintenance, but they get overwhelmed easily; and it gets pricy. Had to redo some of the fixes I was charged for (And i’m sooo not a mechanic). Just be aware that integrity is not necessarily their priority; be prepared and do some research before accepting a fix on your car. Sadly, I do not recommend.

Brought my car in to change only the brake pads. Turns out Syd took the executive decision to change a lot more then just that. Called me at the end of the day saying your car is ready the total is 2,800$. All my car needed was new brakes. I highly recommend avoiding dealing with this garage at all costs he will make problems when there are none. Not a garage to trust. See attached picture for more details.

I used their services once and I had a pretty sketchy experience, they basically scared me into paying for expensive repairs that really weren't all that urgent. Avoid this place if possible or make sure you get a second opinion after they recommend work. If possible check your cabin and intake filters and examine your car for damage before going there.

Absolutely Terrible I paid $500 cash to put my Porsche into their winter storage I gave them a battery tender and a car cover to protect my car They would not allow me to park my car, so I reluctantly let them put it into storage. (This was my first mistake) When I scheduled to pick up my car Jeff tells me that my battery is dead and car wont start so need to change battery 200$. He says that he attached the battery tender which was a lie as never had a problem with the battery and was only 3 years old. They never even put my car cover on and car was filthy when I picked it up. (He actually admitted to that, hard not too when car was spotless when I left it with them) Now it only gets better from there. I had a noise coming from my engine, and Jeff tells me they can fix Porches, so I agree to let him fix it...Next Big Mistake!!! Charges me 600$ to replace 3 lifters and did not even solve the problem, exact same noise still there...Oh do you think he gave me the used ones that needed to be changed back...No! He also told me one of my brake lights were burnt and he had to change it, 15$ for the bulb and 30$ to install it. It takes not even 5 min to change taillight bulb on a Porsche Boxster, after complaining he did remove install charge for the bulb. Now the straw that broke the Camels back When I got home, my friend comes to see my car and the first thing that she notices is a crack on my front bumper, when I check it out I see that there was a low impact collision that cracked the paint on the front bumper, I also notice my rear drivers side mud flap is also broken. I called Jeff after the long weekend, and explained what I had found. He sounded good over the phone and thought I was dealing with a stand-up guy who takes responsibility for his business. How wrong was I, Jeff is like that sleazy car salesman who tells you what you want to hear then just ignores you when there is a problem. I will advise you not to use this garage or his winter storage. I gave Jeff the option to do the right thing and he did not, so I strongly recommend against doing any kind of business with Syd & Jeff, he may talk all nice and make you feel comfortable, but as soon as something goes wrong, that is when you find out how dishonest they really are.

I’m highly recommended and very satisfied with their work. Judy and Rick always explained the details process clearly to me every time. And the price is reasonable. Thank you for making me safer on the road. Great overall experience!

I arrived at the shop at 730am with a serious emergency. It was highly recommended to me and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. I had a major exhaust issue (Catalytic Converter). Arend and Judy explained the entire process clearly and I was on my way within the time promised. Thank you for getting me back on the road safely. Great overall experience.

Update at the end of this review. I had high hopes for this place, close to my workplace, staff seems friendly. My car felt wobbly/shaky so I dropped it for an alignment, happy they could take it without an appointment. Mentioned if they could please look for anything unusual in wheels since weird noise. Picked up car, paid 90$ for alignment, was told no issue found, all good. Hit the highway, car was as wobbly as before. Came back the week after, they say they'll try a wheel balance, it's the cheapest for me, 40$. Fine, as long as it's fixed I thought. Picked up car, they added 22$ service fees for testing. Ok, as long as the car runs smoothly. Total damage $70. Left, only to notice car is exactly the same as the first time I've dropped it. So after 2 visits, the car still rolls the same as before, and I'm poorer $170. Either they don't know what they are doing, either they are just plain.. crooks... your pick. When I got back to work shared experience my a coworker and he said : "Why did you go there?? Did they even do the job? People leave their car to them thinking it will get fix but nothing is done and they charge you for the work. These guys are crooks!". Exact words. I guess I should have do more research beforehand. Please do yourself a favor, avoid this place. Update: Owner called me after seeing this review. Again, super nice guy. Offered to have his best mechanic to have a look. Their final diagnosis: tires are deformed/used in a way that makes the car wobble.

Keep in mind that it has been new management for the past couple of years so a lot of the reviews you see are from prior owners. I never had issues with them (New and/or old management). I have been going to this garage for over 10 years and always professional and honest. I never had issues and they always fixed my car problems. I have been storing tires there and its a great service they offer!
