★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset on this horrible company... very not honest people. A bunch of thief's liars. They'll tell you one thing and do another thing. They charged me over 10k for a small truck for a month without my knowledge. Just swiped my credit card again and again. When I confronted them. They told me store policy and ill get back most of it. When I returned the truck, not only they didn't pay me back. They charged another 1800$ do not think even of Ryder. Go to everyone else. Not to them. This is first hand info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible reception at customer service desk. Water coming into cab by clearence light with one screw. They don't have another screw I'm told.
Truck shutting itself off goes into limp mode , can't find the problem 12 days at their location. Broke down on the road two days after being told it was ready. 24hrs to get a tow truck. Mechanic at Freightliner in Sault St Marie scans , analyses , fixes , then tests again and truck is good to go. SSM Freightliner invests 6hrs and solves the problem while Ryder Service Center FAILS even after 12days.
That's just the latest problem with this Service Center.
Customer Responce Center is relentless with their constant calling from unqualified people to handle mechanical issues. I just stop answering their calls. They have no text capabilities for when your breakdown occurs in remote locations.
Barnum & Bailey approach to buisness.
We have 4 trucks going back for end of lease , then peace of mind.
NEVER WILL LEASE AGAIN.

Lower level management emails the higher level managers they dont bother to reply back which leaves the customer like me in the middle of nowhere. There are other rental services out there and probably better than them. Would recommend to try them. If i were able to give them 0 starts i would’ve done that.
