★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would have given 0 star. If you see this review, please avoid this place unless you really have no other choice and would love to get a free morning anger issue. Got to meet the rudest employee in the history of customer service who asked the most impolite questions, made the most futile remarks and acted in the most condescending way you could imagine. I straight up told this grumpy middle-aged full-time desk sitter, part-time professional to be less rude and he replied “I am making sure you listen because you were looking at your phone”. Sorry Mr. Perfect (who didn’t even let me ask your name) for giving a quick glance at my phone as you just told me I would receive a text. I hope you’re proud of the work you do and the shame you bring to the business.

Once i rent the car in the first ip picture the gas level as you see there so once I returned I already fill it a little bit more than once they give it to me as the second picture on the middle, I found them send the bill to me in the morning with 8:24 $ for the gas and they mentioned the level less than what I give it to them as the down picture, and once i went to the office I didn’t found the manager of the branch there, i let the representative there to recheck the level and she found it Iam right and she wrote a note to the manager to be seen in next morning, once I emailed the manager by the problem and the situation she replied to me as an unprofessional concern by rude reply and I will not keep silent, ASAP I will go to the headquarter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed my reservation (made weeks before) THE DAY OF my move, moving it back by a few hours and preventing me from moving as planned. I had movers but no truck. They were unwilling to do anything to help me. Worst experience, don't even bother.
EDIT: returned at the new time to get the truck and they did not have the size I reserved available anymore so they DOWNSIZED ME. Unbelievable. Not even an apology or a discount. I'm in awe at how terrible their service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our U-Haul experience was adventurous which is the last thing you want when moving out.. We had requested a pick up from the Jean-Talon location 3 weeks before our move, the day before our scheduled pick up they changed the pick up to another location which now added 50 mins of Montreal traffic to our drive. Once at this location we waited at the counter for 15 mins before an employee showed up. This location however did not have the plateform dolley we had requested with the truck rental and ultimately we had to go back to the Jean-Talon location to pick up a dolley that we couldn't take out of town to our move in location. Adding an addition stop to return the dolley with similar 10-15 mins wait times before an employee was seen at the front desk. The truck was clean and easy to drive but the service or lack of, added a level a stress and dread to the day that we could have done without.
