★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trucks are old, break down frequently, and whoever works the evening shift in parts/service was the most unprofessional, discourteous individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After having the sixth vehicle returned (on a tow truck) I was promised a replacement that evening as I had to transfer freight from the other truck. It was not there ready to go when I arrived, and the employee basically told me to wait outside in the cold and wait for the replacement unit to show up. I waited almost two hours for the truck to show up severely delaying my customers freight. Not happy at all. Stick to Brossard if you need a rental in Montreal. It took an incredible amount of restraint not to explode on the service guy-he was that rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those people are the best!! The best is too little to say. If you ever want to deal with nice people and you need a rental just contact them and they will take care of you as you're the only and the biggest Customer. I dealt with Sebastien Maltais. He's one of a kind. Hardly to find such nice people. So nice. So professional and so devoted. You will never go wrong with this people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously since I discovered them I haven't used uhaul again. Their customer service itself is worth it. When off moving season the prices are better than uhaul and other moving truck rentals. This location has great packing space to leave car when you take the truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boss rented a Cascadia. At first sight it looked pretty nice... When installing myself... It needed some cleaning : I found a sweeter under the bed and some sausage in a cupboard. Once on the road south, the fridge didn’t cool... Do’h !
Later on I washed the sweeter and it fits me well.
This is not how to deliver a truck. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a regular service here for my leased Penske truck. The service was done but... After getting the service my APU unit doesn't start at all !!! It happened after getting a full service!
My truck doesn't have any additional source of heat when parked. So... I have to use truck engine!.
I asked to fix battery/DEF compartment door (magnet- common problem). I received a promise from the staff to be done but nothing changed.
Also in report a technician pointed a crack of my windshield but really my windshield has no cracks or even any chips because it's brand new!
So, think twice before come here to get a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called from 3 lines for a rental. All three phone lines were left on hold for 20 minutes. At which point RACHID answers and says sorry there's no one to take your call please call back later. Called back another 30 minutes later. I'm told Penske is unaware at any point this year I might be able to rent a vehicle of any kind. They offered to take my name and add it to a list that I'm already on. I've been on that waiting list since January 1st no one has called back to see if I have found a unit.
There is absolutely no point to call this company they have no Solutions available. Beware of RACHIDS LIST THEY ARE LYING LOL
