★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!!! I recently moved from Ontario to PEI and came across this smaller moving truck company... it was slightly less expensive then UHAUL- and I figured hey why not support a smaller business. Everything went fine until drop off day. We fuelled the truck up as per our rental agreement... then when I received my invoice I was charged $50 saying the tank was down 1/16. "Cost of refuelling"- they get an employee at the drop off place to take pictures of the vehicle and send it back to their main office... they then provide these pictures to you...I emailed STEVE BATY saying the truck was not parked in the original spot we parked it in and I why would I not fuel the vehicle to FULL FULL knowing I would pay such a ridiculous amount for 1/16 of gas!! My husband called him to discuss this and he was incredibly unprofessional... RUDE AND CONDESENDING! So a valuable lesson was learned here... DO NOT rent from this company they are a bunch of con artists... and like I told STEVE; UHAUL will benefit from your greed!
