★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took an appointment 2 weeks ago for hitch installation and just 2 days before my appointment they let me know by text message that they do not have parts and also advised me to wait for their call to have the parts that will take about 1 month. That is not called professional service at all, I have contacted to Uhaul customer service and also their regional manager to get an explanation for this, I did not get any help except promise to give my money back. By the time I have waited I would get installed from other places. This is just total waste of time and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaving this rating for some feedback. We rented a truck (and have rented from here many times over the past 20 years) but was met with some strangeness today.
It’s a little odd that your own customers cannot park in the parking lot while picking up and dropping off a vehicle.
Myself at 7 months pregnant was told I had to leave immediately while my partner dropped off the rental and that we’d need to park down the street.
So what I’m understanding is that paying customers can’t pull in to come into the office, pay, rent or drop off anything. When I asked for an option, detailing I’d only be there for 3-5 minutes I was given none.
Bare in mind the representative was very young and likely lacking experience or tact. There were plenty of spaces at the back off the lot that would have been out of the way of any other rentals or hitches being returned.
Very disappointed and underwhelmed. It’s a strange way to treat your customers. Not a good look.

Computers they use are always giving them problems.
It takes 30 min to pass a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went looking for moving supplies and found a wide variety. Unfortunately the parking lot was jam pack with unrelated vehicles making it difficult to navigate and find a spot. Also the store smelled of cigarette smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You broke unilaterly the reservation contract that was made. This caused additionnal cost and delays on my end which is unacceptable. You also canceled my reservation less than 10h before my renting period. This can only described as a crooked move. This left us with no other issue than the one you forced onto us. It is a shamefull practice and I hope the person reading this review is ashamed of this company.
