We were looking to replace our regular system working on a dry line to transfer towards wifi/GSM. There is a lot of companies out there and also use the calculators found online (online companies that find you the best possible price) Telus was close but then again it depended what services you were looking for. I say it is important to shop and then make a choice. ADT and Stanley are the top dogs in this industry for us TAZ ALARM (Stanley) beat all of the competition. There was some customer service back and forth to make sure all information were as per discussed but in the end the installers kicked it out of the park and went above and beyond with their services. We are really satisfied and happy with the overall experience. We recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say a huge thank-you to Alex and Taz Alarme. He did a terrific and very professional installation of the alarm system I purchased on behalf of my daughter. Nothing was rushed and he took all the time needed to explain to everyone, including the children, how the system itself works in addition to the phone app. He respected all the Covid-19 protocols and to top it off has a great sense of humour! I would very highly recommend this organization and Alex in particular. Once again a big thank-you Alex for your guidance and support in this process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a Skybell video doorbell from Taz Alarm...It was a small purchase but the service I received from Sergio was like I bought a full fledged security system...AMAZING! Then it was time to download the app and sync the Skybell. I was having a problem and called Sergio and he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me going through the set-up every step of the way. The service I received from Sergio and Taz Alarm was something I wanted to share.

Incredibly happy we went with Taz and highly recommend them to anyone.

Sergio did a great job, taking into account placement preference and esthetically everything looks super professional. He explained how to use everything and made sure to answer all questions.
