★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality goods and don’t know what they’re talking about. Took my vintage Rolex to them twice, was told that if the battery keeps dying it’s because the Rolex is no good. Took my watch to a different jeweller who simply cleaned it and it’s been working perfectly.

Madame Rivet took care of my wife and myself personally, and her expertise is incredible. She is a certified gemologist who knows so much about jewelry, precious metals and diamonds. Her and her store's service level is outstanding and most importantly we know that the quality of the jewelry we bought exceptional and well-made. We also brought in some damaged old jewelry and it was repaired perfectly. We also traded in some gold and received a very fair price, much more than I had been quoted by one of those pop-up gold buying companies that come into the region on weekends. Thank you Madame Rivet for such a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
