 Very good follow-up for my 2 children for several years. Very quick appointment so practical. Doctors take the time to properly diagnose and speak up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'adore cette clinique, c'est petit, la bureaucratie est beaucoup plus simple que dans un gros hôpital, la communication est plus directe. Très accueillant, transparent, c'est facile d'avoir un rendez-vous à condition d'avoir les sous.
I love this clinic, it's small, the bureaucracy is much simpler than in a big hospital, communication is more direct. Very welcoming, transparent, it's easy to have an appointment provided you have the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0, une amie à payer 300$ pour zéro résultat et cette clinique n'est même branchée au DSQ (le DSQ reçoit les résultats rapidement il suffit de ce brancher pour les consultés), vous attendez que vos résultats arrivent par poste canada ou par fax, bravo pour l'efficience et la performance. Clinique dinosaure n'y aller pas, courrez aux urgences au mois vous finirez par être soigné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après mon RV d'aujourd'hui avec un nouveau médecin (parce que celui que j'avais ne travaille plus là) c'est définitif que mes visites dans cette clinique sont FINI. Me faire dire que je dois apprendre à vivre avec mes malaises au lieu de trouver la cause qui les provoque. Vouloir me remette au médicament contre l'anxiété comme première solution alors que grâce à l'ancien médecin j'avais arrêté progressivement pour mener une vie normale et de ça il y a 4 ans!. Des commentaires parfois pas rassurants de la part de ce nouveau médecin, j'ai senti qu'on a manqué du respect envers ma santé et je me sentais comme un simple portefeuille devant vos yeux . Enfin, ma pire expérience avec un médecin toute catégorie confondu. Merci pour ce manque d'approche humain et pour le manque d'écoute envers le patient. Vous m'avez perdu comme client et je suis incapable de vous référer après cet incident. DOMMAGE!
After my RV today with a new doctor (because the one I had no longer works there) it is final that my visits to this clinic are OVER. Being told that I have to learn to live with my discomforts instead of finding the cause that causes them. Wanting to go back to anxiety medication as the first solution whereas thanks to the former doctor I had gradually stopped to lead a normal life and that 4 years ago !. Sometimes not reassuring comments from this new doctor, I felt that I was disrespectful to my health and I felt like a simple wallet before your eyes. Finally, my worst experience with a doctor in any category. Thank you for this lack of human approach and for the lack of listening to the patient. You lost me as a client and I am unable to refer you after this incident. PITY!

Puis la phrase suivante: "Donnez-moi votre nom que je puisse le barrer de ma liste". Je vais voir ailleurs pour me faire soigner...

Une cliente très très satisfaite !
Je peu dire qu'aujourd'hui j'ai une longue crinière de lionne moi qui avait les cheveux clairsemée, vraiment beaucoup, surtout sur le dessus et le devant de la tête , résultant de plusieurs anesthésie vécu les unes après les autres...
Avec photos à l'appui on remarque vraiment un gros changement ! Autant sur la longueur, la force et l'épaisseur ...
C'est ma coloriste qui m'avait parlé du PRP et de la docteur Carron, et je lui en serait éternellement reconnaissante, mon époux aussi hihihi. Ma morphologie ayant changé à un point tel qu'il a l'impression d'avoir une nouvelle épouse ! Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secretaire m'a téléphoné pour me dire qu'"on" ne me voulait plus comme patiente car j'avais osé me plaindre à un nouveau médecin qui ne voulait pas renouveller une ordonnance alors que la clinique se vante de travailler en équipe. Les nouveaux médecins sont plus importants pour cette clinique que les patients de longue date. Ah oui , il faut payer pour y être admis en plus! Ne dites jamais à un médecin qu'il est en tort il ne l'acceptera pas et vous éliminera!
The secretary phoned me to tell me that "they" no longer wanted me as a patient because I had dared to complain to a new doctor who did not want to renew a prescription while the clinic boasts of working as a team. New doctors are more important to this clinic than long-time patients. Ah yes, you have to pay to be admitted in addition!
