★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu du service reçu. J'avais déjà fait affaire une fois et j'avais eu un excellent service. Mais cette fois-ci, plus que déçue.
Le technicien décide par lui-même de changer quelque chose qui fonctionne déjà bien (la raison de sa visite était l'autre dispositif à côté, il dit que:" tant qu'a changé un, on va changer les deux" ) pour que finalement tout se mette a couler, il n'a pas les pièces qu'il a besoin avec lui, ni les bons outils, doit aller les chercher à sa boutique , reviens, perd ce qu'il est allé chercher et cherche la pièce un bon bout de temps . Le tout FACTURÉ donc un travail qui devais prendre 30 minutes m'a coûté 3.5h de temps...
En parlant au patron je me fais répondre : ouin..bien c'est ça les réparations, parfois ca se passe bien, d'autre fois non.
 Very disappointed with the service received. I had done business once and had excellent service. But this time, more than disappointed.
The technician decides for himself to change something that is already working well (the reason for his visit was the other device next, he says that "as long as one has changed, we will change both") so that finally everything starts to flow, he does not have the pieces he needs with him, nor the right tools, has to go get them to his shop, come back, loses what he went for and looks for the piece a good time. All invoiced so a job that took 30 minutes cost me 3.5h of time ...
Speaking to the boss I get answered: ouin..well that's the repairs, sometimes it goes well, other times no.
