Although, when I went to the store, in the evening, to pickup my order I had to wait 10 min on the phone to finally talk to someone an notify them that I was there to pickup my order. My small neighborhood Rona is better for pickups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a defective dish washer and got the run-around when I called the Frigidaire service support line. They only use Ateliers G. Paquette who gave me an inspection date out 7 WEEKS from the purchase date.
Reported back to Frigidaire and they didn't care. Called Rona and they arranged an exchange for a similar LG unit before the 30-day satisfaction guarantee was up.
Good service with the managers at Rona.
