Friendly, bilingual staff
Great mechanics who actually look out for other potential problems as they work on the specific tasks. In some cases some of these problems have been fixed free of charge just because the mechanic was ‘there anyway’
Lots of parts on hand; I’ve never had to wait for work because of a part
