Don't use them if you only need small quantities of boxes and other supplies. It's not worth it. They don't care because they probably don't make much money from it and you end up losing precious time and energy that should've been directed to packing. Their service is only good and useful when you need large quantities of moving supplies then yes I can see them trying to accommodate your request. When you have a small order of just needing a few boxes, they do not really care that much about giving you a "great service" like stated in many comments below and your order will be tossed aside for them to cater to the larger orders even though you have given them the order weeks ago. I mean yes this is the norm that we have come to expect this from the majority of the businesses but when it comes to a service for such a stressful event like moving, you would think they would be a bit accommodating but no, they operate just like any other business and even worse. And of course lucky for me, I found out the hard way. My order was only for 4 wardrobe boxes. First of all, if your order is below $100, they won't even deliver so those wonderful advertisement that you see on their website about them delivering what you need to the comfort of your home and you just use them and then they will come and pick up the supplies at your new place once you have finished moving, well that's out of the door. You will have to go onto their site to pick up your order (for me, that was a 30-minute drive ONE way) and you have to make appointment with them because their site is not open to public. Second, you ABSOLUTELY have to make sure you pick up your order EXACTLY on the date that you requested. If you happen to make a mistake (like I did) because you are trying to coordinate so many things when moving and make a mistake of showing up at their place to pick up the boxes earlier only to realize your mistake and wanting to still stick with the original date of request which is one week later because otherwise you would be paying for more weeks of rental than you actually need, nope, your boxes are no longer available! All of sudden they are out of inventory. You would think your original order for just 4 wardrobe boxes would be reserved for you since you gave them that order more than two weeks ago? Nope, they are forgotten, gone, made away to accommodate an obviously larger order that was booked way later than mine. What happened to first come first serve? Nope, it's if your order is not big enough, you get whatever you can get if you are lucky. I am sure if they choose to respond to this comment, they will state how they tried to accommodate me by giving me just 2 boxes, but at the end, no I still didn't get the amount of boxes that I needed. I needed 4 not 2, and I made that rental request more than two weeks ago and at the end, I still had to scramble to make alternative arrangements in the midst of packing. Makes you wonder what if I didn't make that mistake and I actually made the appointment to pick up the 4 wardrobe boxes at the requested date, FOUR days before my moving date, would they all of sudden tell me that there is no more inventory when they never mentioned anything of any shortage of inventory when I made the rental request online and even when they confirmed with them? I asked them that question, and still I have not received any response from them. So all in all, yes it's a good service concept, it's environmentally friendly and convenient but only if you have a large enough order that they care enough, otherwise it's much better just to buy whatever you need elsewhere and recycle afterwards, the environmentally-unfriendly way. Buyer beware and of course I will never use their service ever again and nor any other similar moving supplies rental services either now that they have opened my eyes to the limitation to this type of service. You either end up paying more for things that you don't even get to keep or you don't even get what you need at all.

GOBAC IS AWESOME! Excellent service and an outstanding product. Environmentally better than purchasing cardboard boxes and spending time taping. The boxes were especially easy to use and stack. It made the move so much easier. They dropped off on time and picked up when I was done. Would recommend it!

This was a great experience! The Gobac staff is very professional and friendly. We rented 35 crates for our move, and they were a lifesaver. Easy to pack and more importantly stack, they also saved us from having to deal with a mountain of cardboard boxes at the end of the move. Price is more than reasonable. Give them a try!

They are professional polite excellent service before and after your move and a joy to do business with :) I moved twice in 7 months and I can say that this service has helped greatly for both moves. Amazing service! Highly recommended! If you're about to move, don't bother with cardboard boxes. (You'll thank me later) Get these stackable boxes for about the same price as the cardboard boxes. 1 - they fit better in a truck 2 - use the space better 3 - the boxes won't fall apart 4 - it will make your life MUCH easier. As part of my business, I move many of my clients. On my latest move I discovered GOBAC. The service was phenomenal from beginning to end. The boxes are east to pack, they stack perfectly and can accommodate a vast variety of item sizes. Best of all, there is no need to disassemble and dispose of boxes. I will never go back to using cardboard boxes again!
