I called on Monday and had Simon show up on Thursday morning. He was on time and made the effort to understand the issues. He was efficient in his work and was all done with care and quality in mind. He fixed my shower leak, my non stop running toilet and a venting issue that 3 other plumbers tried in vain to fix for which he found a solution. We are super grateful to Simon for being so professional and kind. Next time we need plumbing done - knock on wood - we will request him. Merci Simon!!!

Sébastien arrived on time and was very efficient and tidy. He cleaned up before and after he did his works. Georgia was very helpful in arranging the appointment that was urgent and accommodated additional requests we had. It was a great and professional experience and I would definitely use them again.

We cannot recommend this company enough! Georgia and her team were responsive, empathetic, and thoroughly professional throughout. I had to replace my oddly sized hot water tanks and had contacted numerous 5-star rated plumbing companies for help but none were helpful or bothered responding. It was refreshing when Pure kept to their word each time: Calling us back when they said they would, setting up the job in less than a week, technicians arriving on time, etc. Really impressed by their reliability.

Georgia managed to find me a plumber to do the repair the same day that I called. Jean arrived at designated time and did an excellent job. I appreciate their responsiveness. I will definitely use their service again and recommand them to everyone.

Highly recommend! Look no further. Called and received same day appointment for an urgent clog issue. An experienced plumber showed up with his assistant and they did a great job at fixing the issue. Very meticulous in their work and professional.

The whole experience was a positive one. Easy to schedule the work, the quality of customer service was very high. The plumber was stuck in traffic and called me to let me know he'd be a little late, which was very helpful and understandable. I am very happy with the quality of work done and the price paid. I will definitely be using their services again!

I called Pure Plumbing to repair the main water intake in my building. I had arranged to have them come immediately after the city closed the water from outside. Just as they said that they would, they did and repaired it as quickly as possible. Everything was done very professionally and the people on the phone were very polite and explained everything in detail. The plumber who did the work was very friendly and did the work quickly. Someone had passed by a few days earlier to check what fittings they would need so that they would have everything to do the job without having to return to their place to get parts. All in all it was a very good experience and I would use them again 100% in the future.

The plumbing work I am confident is 100% good, however the rest of the work left a sour taste. I had a bathroom vanity replaced with an ikea unit that I purchased and assembled myself. I noticed multiple items during and after the plumbing and installation work that was done: - The new unit was not level, there was a slight angle towards the back wall that you can see with the naked eye, i would think making sure the new furniture being level is a basic thing. - the counter was not flush with the wall, not sure why this was the case as there was room to push it against both corner walls, I then had to add silicone myself to fill in the huge gaps - the molding on the floor could have been cut to better fit in on of the legs to be closer to the wall, I then had to do this myself after the work was done - the contractor was nice and courteous, but he went about 5 times back to his truck to get more stuff (back and forth from RC to 8th floor), meanwhile im paying for this time, and I mentioned clearly where the parking was, and still we lost some time explaining where he needed to park (right in front of the lobby) - All in all like I said the plumbing I'm sure is top notch, it's really the finition that was quite disappointing for the price I paid (about 750$, including material, for 3.5 hours) - the picture show the work that was done after the contractor left, I then later did the improvements needed (paint, sanding, putting the vanity unit level, adding silicone to fill in the huge gaps on back and side wall) - I have to say they were nice to agree to come to my area and say usually say they dont come downtown due to lack of parking, but still accepted, I feel in general nowadays its tough to find good contractors at a fair price with fast availability (they were at least fast to accept and come do the work) - 5 stars for plumbing (1 picture shows the old plumbing, 1 picture shows the new, he had to displace the drain line to have the furniture fit which I am happy about) but 2 star for the finition/price ratio which is where I stand with my review ***Update*** the plumbing work might not have been as perfect as I thought, my tenant noticed there was water on the floor, due to water infiltrating between the faucet base and counter, which did not have any silicone joint, letting water run through and drip on the floor.... I had to find this out myself and add a silicone joint there too... see last pictures :(
