Yotis Refatllari is a very pleasant individual to work with. My experience is that he is well organized, professional, and communicates well with clients.

I asked about replacing my shower faucets also, but he was honest and let me know that they were fine for a few more years. His fees are also cheaper than some of the other plumbers in the area.

The technician asked me some quick questions on the phone and explained that it was very likely a broken part of the dishwasher and that we would need to contact the dishwasher manufacturer for the repair. I got off the phone in less than 5 min, paid $0 and had clear next steps with a better understanding of the situation. Will definitely be calling them if / when we do have a real plumbing issue. Customer service 5 stars.
