★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for a massage. The receptionist was very rude over the phone. I was extremely disappointed in the massage I received. They didnt even have a breast pillow for me ( which most massage places do). I was uncomfortable the whole time. I then told the massage therapist to increase pressure,but she didn't. It was one hour of her rubbing oil in my skin..I didn't get the relaxation I hoped for. I Won't be going again and will never recommend it either. I am so very disappointed I felt like I threw away money in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today for a facial for my birthday it was really good. Hadn’t had one in awhile and was in need. It was very relaxing she asked me if there was anything I wanted to focus on. Had a nice foot massage and hand massage while we waited for my mask timing. After I had to wait a bit and sat in the nice relaxation room. I have also gone here for a pedicure before and it was really nice and well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to CurAge Spa several times and had amazing treatments and customer service experience. I am sad to be writing this poor review but I find it necessary considering the events of today: I had a facial scheduled for this afternoon and was even called by the spa 3 days ago to confirm the appointment. Naturally, my morning and afternoon were planned around this appointment, considering it's mid-day. I arrived to find the door locked and a sign that said "no power" and included a phone number to call. I called the number 3 times with no response. I also checked their Facebook and Instagram pages to see if they had even tried in some way to let clients know the spa was closed, but they hadn't. I find it uncharacteristically unprofessional of CurAge to not notify clients whose appointments are affected by this closure. I really don't appreciate having my time wasted and I'm disappointed by how the spa handled this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went a while ago for eyelash lift. My appointment was in the afternoon and I had planned my day around it. I came on time and was told to wait as they were prepping the room and checking that everything was in stock. I ended up waiting 20 to 30 minutes, only to be let in the room and informed that they were out of the perming serum as I lied down in the chair lol. Disappointed by their unprofessionalism. Will not be returning.
