I have used them for 3 of my properties and now my daughter baught a home and has replaced all her windows and doors with the new energy efficient style windows.
I strongly reccomend them.

They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. I was led to believe by the owner that the quality of there installations justified there expensive prices. The installers were old, slow and butchered the installation. They hammer everything relentlessly, if a hammer isn't handy they pound on it with there hands. The end result is embarrassingly bad: I was left with dented, scratched and overall amateur looking installation. The caulking looks like it was applied by young children. When I spoke with the owner he said he would come by with the installers and fix it to my satisfaction.
He never came back, never called. Mike; you took the money and ran; shame on you.
From my experience they are nothing but overpriced middlemen who add no value and actually detract from the product by damaging it during installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a contract with Delta Aluminium Company from June 20 2015 with a warranty guaranteed for 10 years including a labor.(hand written proof by contractor Guy Keshels) In the 2019 I discovered spots in my patio door glass .widows I call to my contractor Guy Keshles to fix this problem. He promised, but refused to pay for labor.(175$)Since that time I still do not have this job done.
On telephone conversation with manufacturer Standard& Door who agreed to provide a new glass windows,
owner of the Delta Aluminum Ltee (Michael Keshles) promised to pay for the labor .
Unfortunately it is still did not done and I have to find by myself
installer and pay for this job. You can't treated your customers like this, particularly I paid $11500 for this louse service.

I have replaced my windows 9 years ago and I am very satisfied.
I now recently replaced more windows and siding. The installers were so professional and clean.
My parents changed there windows with another company and when needed service they were given a bunch of stories. Mike from Delta Aluminum came and fixed there issues right away. We were treated like family by this company.
Mike is so experienced in this field. This company is one of few honest companies for this field in Montreal. They honor there warranties, they show up on time, they are clean and most importantly there installers are pros.
There pricing is competitive but its the experience, installation and service that truly makes a company who they are.
Thank you Mike and the rest of you at Delta Aluminum Ltd.
I know i will only refer my friends and family to you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales visit was a bit iffy to my taste, but I let it slide. Installation went well. Installer was very professional and definitely seemed to know what he was doing.
My biggest concern is after sales service. I have been having some issues, did reach out and was promised visit after visit. So far nobody showed up. Installation was completed in 2018 and first mentioned the concerns in 2019-2020 winter. I'm also not referring to lack of visits because of lockdown. These service calls were made while lockdown was lifted.
I now have a need to change my windows and doors at a new property and definitely won't be using their services.
Very disappointed because they were a referral.
