They tell you one thing and then suddenly everything changes from pay 180$ up front during process say it will be over 500. And that our credit was not good.... really 775 is not good...

Had an awful experience today. Poor service, worker assisting ONE customer before me, waited 50 mins to be served without employee acknowledging me or apologizing for the delay. I had to ask him how long it will take after 30mins and was told in 5mins. After waiting 20 mins more, the customer being served friends joined him and started asking the employee questions and he goes on answering them instead of telling them to wait their turn. This was very fraustrating, so I left.

Wow, never thought I would leave another low review. But let’s go through why I thought this shop deserved such a bad review: 1. Late opening: this shop is marked to open at 10AM. It was NOT open at 10AM. I arrived early so I could take care of things so I was the first at this kiosk. Even before the employee... That was a first! I waited close to 30min (27min, but why quibble?) So first impression is already pretty bad. 2. Cleanliness: this shop is not well maintained. Phones have fallen off their stands. Things are lying around on a mess. Second bad impression (lack of professionalism) 3 Bad service 1: So the employee arrives AND instead of serving me, he takes the first call and takes care of that person. Another 15minutes lost... 3 Bad service 2: employee was distracted by his texting as he types in my info. So not surprisingly, he got the wrong account/no account. I would let it slide if it were not for the fact that it happened thrice! 5 No knowledge: so I am a member of Virgin for years. But when I asked for a service, the employee took out a folder that offered plans for what appeared to be for new clients! I would rather qualify it as lack of knowledge than go down the road of “sc*m” So overall, this shop offered horrible service and it tested my patience (I lost 1 hour of my life...) I advised for people (potential or old members) to avoid it!
