★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service guy at the counter is persistent to sell and becomes argumentative when there is an issue with sales. Just FYI, there is no refund here and the sales guys wouldn't remind you about it. Instead of being politely told there is no refund, one will be loudly interrogated and mocked. Yes everything they do abides the law, but you won't feel comfortable when the guys forcefully push you to buy something even when you showed the slightest interest about it and then refuse to refund when you don't want it. Be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to replace the battery of my iphone 7. They did the job and returned the phone with an intermittent not responding touch screen. I returned to correct this issue and by reopening the cellphone, they created another issue, the touch ID is not working anymore. They then said that it was not their fault and it’s my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a screen protector for my phone. It was installed very poorly and had a scratch mark. When I asked if it could be re-done, the guy became very defensive and said "he's human so he's not perfect". Excuse me, you had literally one job to do and it wasn't even done properly.
