★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want hassle, just try to avoid them! Instead of pouring concrete on balcony, they splashed it on my car. I got the number from the apartment manager and talked to the contractor, Louis Verdoni, and he was reluctant to accept this catastrophe! They are rude and unprofessional!
