I have just done business with this company and I was really delighted with the personalized service I received. I went for my bathroom first. I went back later for my cooking. Denise, the site manager, has done the job well. Quality work has been done by skilled and conscientious tradespeople. All in the expected times and at a good price.

They charge top dollar for kitchen renovations, but are not very professional and employ unqualified workers who do not do a very good job. We hired them to do our kitchen. When the new cabinets arrived, pretty much every one was the wrong size. Some were off by two feet! We had to insist that the cabinets be of the size specified on the plans (!). This caused a delay of three weeks, while we had no kitchen and three small children. They were supposed to sand and varnish the floor, but did a bad job. We had to supervise their workers to make sure they did the sanding properly. Then they left with still 10% of the work remained to be done: trim, missing panels, some paint etc. Despite repeated phone calls, they never showed up to complete the job. We finally had to send them a mise en demeure, then they showed up to complete the job. Since then, we discovered they sawed through the subfloor in two places, making the kitchen floor sag, and the paint has started coming off the cabinets after two years. Not recommended.
