I did a complete renovation including kitchen, bathrooms and paint. Smart reno was very quick and responsive to my inquiry and I was pleased with the level of service they provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Smart Reno to find a kitchen reno contractor. After the straight forward questionnaire we were contacted by them for more details and then within a week 3 contractors contacted us. All were aware of our need and budget and scheduled on site visits. We selected one of the contractors and had a very good experience. Smart Reno contained to follow-up throughout the engagement. We didn't have any problems, so the follow-up was easy, but appreciated. I would likely use them again, especially for larger or complicated renos.

Smart Reno brought me the best set of contractors, and the contractor I selected through them delivered on time and on budget. The tile installers were great to work with, and my wife and I love the results.
Smart Reno themselves are really on top of customer service as well. While I never heard from their competitors, Smart Reno actually followed-up with me to make sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction.
I'd absolutely recommend using Smart Reno to connect with contractors in the future.
