Before starting the project, he took the time to explain every step to my parents of what he'll going to do with his team. In the past, my parents have a terrible experience with the previous company, because the water came in so much into the house during the rains. The owner of the previous company was so mad and yelling at my parents because he didn't understand why the water came so much into the house and didn't take the time to verify to see the cause. Nikita and his team saved the home by looking very closely at the issue from the previous company and fixed it. Thank you very much!!
