★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ran in 10 minutes before closing. Had time to pick up a pair of birkenstocks & send my friend to one cash to pay for them while I ran back to the Clinique counter .....that was closed. Luckily, a lady from the Dior counter offered to help me & let me make my purchase. I didn't know that there was a promotion event, but she gave me the free bag & the make-up purse with Clinique products. My lucky day. Thanks Lady.

The lady at the jewlery counter was so rude and condescending and told me "These items aren't under 30$" like just because I'm 21 I can't afford something over 30$ which I made sure she knew. Customer service was absolutely horrible and I hope their employees change how they think about young people purchasing nice items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back. I am a VIP client and went to buy Estee Lauder products one day prior the gift was available. Spent $125 on 2 products and the clerks did not think to offer me the gift one day prior. Even though they were packing them in front of me and I asked the date the offer began. They expected me to return the next day and buy more!! Neither could smile either. Worst service ever.
