Update: Red One's manager Alex reached out to me after leaving my original review and provided an update on my order. He apologized profusely, ensured me that he valued my business and fixed my order immediately. Definitely give them a call if you have any issues as they were handled much better over the phone. I will definitely buy from them again knowing this. Original review: rating 1 star I have placed 3 orders with Red One Music. 2 out of 3 of them had inventory/stock issues even when selecting products they have "in stock" on their website. When I contacted customer service regarding the issues they are quite helpful at first but take far too long to reply to emails. They have multiple people contact you which seems excessive. My latest order was placed on Feb 23rd, and I contacted them on March 7th regarding the error. They offered me a more expensive item than I had originally ordered, which I agreed to purchase. They did give me a credit of $40 but did not update my invoice to reflect the change, even after I pointed it out to them 2 days ago. Today the error is still not resolved after contacting them twice. If you are ordering a single item, you probably will not have an issue. I think they struggle with delivering multiple items. I will probably refrain from ordering from them in the future, even though their free shipping them an attractive option still.

Great service and fast delivery. Had a few concerns about some neg press but they addressed right away. Acoustic pedal ordered on Monday and delivered to home in BC on Wed. Will definitely do business with again.

Excellent service, had to make a switch due to the requested item being discontinued and I recieved excellent advice from Antoine, im so happy with the replacement, also helped me get it set up over the phone. Highly recommend Red One to anyone local and international even, they're shipping is fast and fair (free with purchases over $200 if memory serves).

If I could, I would give zero stars. They sell stuff online that they don't actually have in stock. Disclosure comes as a phone call several days after purchase. Very poor business model. Have to wait a month for stuff I could get elsewhere right away, at more or less the same prices. Thought I was doing a good thing by supporting a local business, but got shafted. Lesson learned... STAY AWAY! UPDATE: After discussions with a manager, they refunded my money on two of the three items I ordered. A fine gesture, but.... Upon receiving the order, I found that a triple footswitch that I ordered is covered in scratches. Obviously, this was either a used item, or has suffered from warehouse abuse. No mention of condition was made on the site. Also, a DIN5 (MIDI) cable I ordered didn't work, since only 3 of the 5 pins were connected. Like I said... it's a shame that we can't give zero stars.

Another seamless transaction with them. I made a big purchase with them last black friday and made another purchase on boxing day. I decided to upgrade my mackie profx6v3 to a profx12v3. They offered me to return the smaller mixer but I told them I’ll just sell it on marketplace, so I did. I was told the lead time for my order was 2-4 weeks but i am OK with it. They always make sure you get the best price in the market. Kudos to Alex for always going above and beyond. Can’t wait til next black friday to order the JBL EON618S. Update: my order came in 1 week earlier than expected. It was delayed on the shipping side because of the snow storm.

Last year I was looking for a dual amp stand and unfortunately the one I figured as the best option was out-of-stock/backorder everywhere I could find online in Canada. I decided to order it from Red One Music anyway and must congratulate them for handling this properly since day one, always keeping me updated about the logistics made more difficult by the pandemic and its developments. I finally received my item and I'm glad I bought it and did so via Red One. Special thanks to Salomon who always promptly replied to my inquires in clear, straightforward and friendly way!

Fantastic service! I definitely recommend Red One, I’ve already mentioned them to friends. They have TONS of stock, I recommend asking for help with finding what you need because there is so much in store. And they are really friendly and helpful! I got a baritone ukulele there a few months ago and I LOVE it. So easy to play, perfect way to disconnect at the end of the day.
