PLEASE READ!!!! Albeit it a long review, pls read before you consider Shan Green Design for your project!! This situation is current, beginning May 2021 and is still not resolved. . Shan, the owner, came highly recommended by a trusted friend. Maybe once upon a time he was professional, on time and had good quality. That is not our experience. Our interaction started in May & has still not ended. The original install date (early June) was delayed by 2 weeks. Then the "2 day guaranteed install" was actually executed over 3 separate dates weeks apart (mid June, early July, early Aug). This cabinet delay pushed all our other services off their schedules causing massive delays in the entire project. The responsibility fell on me to reach out to Shan and/or his designer in between each partial install, to find out when the next install would happen vs his calling to set a date. I was left without doors and shelving for weeks. When I questioned the process and indicated dissatisfaction, I was told "I have my kitchen and should not complain". To me not having doors, or shelves, or all the cabinets, nor end panels IS NOT having a kitchen. As of TODAY, almost 5 months later, we are still chasing him for finishing panels, and 4 doors that never arrived from the original order in May. We already have panels that are cracked and paint that is chipping off and therefore need things replaced! Shan is the only person to contact if you have any issues. He does not answer his phone, does not return messages/texts. I have to call & text over many days before I MAYBE get a response of "Ill call you later" but he never does. A few times I took time out of my day to go to his showroom and then had to wait there for him so that i can find out where my missing pieces were. Shan has never called on his own to offer us an update. When I am lucky enough to finally connect with him, I am either told a bunch of reasons why things are delayed that are always "someone elses fault" or told, "its back ordered", "its coming soon", "I will find out and let you know", etc. then what follows is zero communication. Shans customer service is inexistent. There is no effort from him to right this wrong. I have been clear that, at the very least, I would be more tolerant of delays if HE REACHED OUT and kept us updated vs my chasing him for weeks at a time for any feedback at all. His designer made many mistakes with measurements from the get go. AGAIN It was left to me to chase them both for rectification and then needed to argue to have her mistakes corrected. They were both very good at blaming the other for any mistakes and then tried to point the finger at us - asking if maybe I gave the wrong measurement (I did no measuring) or maybe I misunderstood what was said ( she sent cabinets in dimensions different than the plans)etc. Once delivery was scheduled, the designer dropped out of sight and she never followed up once. This entire experience has been stressful. Shan told me mid August he would have 4 missing doors, 1 missing finishing panel and some replacement panels the week of Sept 6th. As you could probably guess, that day has come and gone and as of TODAY, i do not have them nor has Shan EVEN CONTACTED ME OR RESPONDED TO MY EFFORTS TO CONNECT WITH HIM FOR UN UPDATE. At this point, it appears that Shan has walked away from this project leaving it unfinished. i assure you we wont be accepting an unfinished kitchen for the amount of money we paid him. I would caution you very much should you be considering this company for your project. he may be priced lower than some other places, but for this amount of aggravation, lack of customer care, and poor quality that things are already chipping, Id recommend you take longer to research other places and maybe increase your budget for another higher end cabinet maker. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!

I would highly recommend Green design Kitchen, from the measurements,to design plans,to installation.Yanka who designed the kitchen was amazing,she had to redo the plan 3 times as there was unforeseen issues as we went along. She was always there to answer a call or text. The installers were great ,the time schedule was accurate. There were finishing things to be done at a later date which was honored,so the after sales service was just as good,their whole team was a pleasure to work with. Anne Lachine

Absolutely worst kitchen company to deal with! Owner was supposed to finish the kitchen August 12. After two months past delivery date, there are significant mistakes, missing doors and cabinets, wrong installed mechanisms, and they are refusing to finish the job. I will not repeat the same things from another reviewer, but exact same problems and fake excuses are given to us! The owner doesn’t even have the decency to return calls or get back with next steps. I have proofs with photos for all the claims above. Very disappointing as they left the kitchen unfinished. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and irresponsible. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at al cost unless you want to deal with any of the above issues.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will do everything to get your project, and then you will be running after them, begging them to just finish the job. They made multiple mistakes, design mistakes, that I just had to accept because mistakes happen, who cares. They blame each other and both owner Shan and his designer have zero accountability. Just AVOID at all costs.

I would first like to thank the entire team of green kitchen for there professional job. My wife and I would like to personally thank designer Yanka who design the kitchen plus gave us her expert knowledge on our personal needs for the kitchen. I would highly recommend to my friends for the precise work and quality they have executed. Thank you

Green Design Kitchens did an amazing job on my kitchen cabinets! They came out beautifully, they offer great quality and wonderful customer service. All the work was completed on time and I could not be happier! 10/10 recommend

Yanka took the time to meet with us multiple times to get our design just right. She even suggested some optimizations that we had not thought of. Once we signed off on the design her team built painted and then installed our new cabinets. They were cllean, efficient and communicated with us at every step. They were quick to respond and address any issues we had immediately. We are very happy with the final results.
