★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Depot as a corporate entity is fine but the Pointe-Claire store is a disgrace. Aisles are piled high with boxes, pallets and stock waiting for a proper home. It is overcrowded and often hard to access products. Their inventory system is seldom accurate and there is a staffing problem via a vis decent customer service. Even though this store is close I much prefer shopping at the Vaudreuil location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very disappointing experience at this store last week, when management refused to honor an incorrectly priced item in the tiling section and insinuated that a customer must have been to blame for the error as the sale sticker was on the wrong product and later changed their story and said it was a sticker from an old sale.
Needless to say, this was not the customer service I was expecting. I've been a loyal Home Depot customert for over 20 years as I find it usually much easier to find someone to help than in Reno Depot and returns are less of a hassle.
After posting an online review about my last visit, I was contacted by Home Depot Canada and they offered an apology along with a generous gift card to make up for the negative experience. This was much more in line with the service I've become accustomed to in the last 2 decades at Home Depot.
As a result, I'll continue doing my shopping there, I just wouldn't recommend buying tiles from this particular store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store with both covered parking (but tight) and open. Inventory is a bit scattered around store, so ask for help. Outside upstairs is the garden area, lots of plants. Average price is higher here, but a timesaver if you're in a one-stop rush.
Advertised specials are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great store filled with everything you need for your home improvement needs. I was shocked to see that the store is 2 floors. I enjoyed that I could find a great selection for every room in the house. Nice, knowledgeable staff who cab help you in either language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the store. I would even go as far as to calling it my happy place but as far as home services they stink.
Before the Christmas holidays they had a promotion on window blinds. They sent us this very nice lady named Devon, who measured nearly every window in our house. When she was done she said she had to make some calculations and would email the estimate within a couple of days. We never heard from her ever again.
A couple of weeks ago I filled out a request for air-duct cleaning. I was sent a response saying that someone would be getting in touch with me within 48 hours. Two weeks later still nothing.
I will continue to shop in person but I won't waste any more time trying to get services from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive always gone to Reno but i recently switched to Milwaukee tools and they don't sell them so now i go to home depot and I must say the staff are so much nicer and give you the best information they can give. Franco was exceptional and very knowledgeable. Trevor and Jane are very kind and honest and have given good advice with my at home repairs that have saved me time and money. Id give 5 stars but a lot of the times the stock number online doesn't line up with the stock they have in store. But since my switch to home depot i find it hard to walk into reno again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing! Huge selections. We got our toilet from here. We weren’t sure which model to get, and a young guy helped us with the decision with our specific needs; he really knew his stuff! He even helped us loading the heavy toilet into our cart! The store is huge. 2 floors with elevators. There’s hand wash alcohol everywhere. Very clean washroom. I saw they cleaned/sprayed the shopping cart with alcohol; feel quite safe to shop in here with current COVID situation.
