I had the best experience here! The selection is wonderful and I was able to work with a designer who took her time with me and found the perfect fit for my space! If you go, ask for Anna Maria! She’s the best!!! You won’t regret it!

A (renege) POSH STORE WITH NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a fake GUCCI! Order an item back in mid-Dec, 2021. Was told it will be delivered by mid-Feb. Even they don't have an idea when it will be delivered. No one has called/emailed about the delivery delay. Had to call them to know about it. No apologies nothing that sort when informing about the delivery delay. Said, the highness (store) would call whenever they have the item (no eta) and we should go then to make arrangements for the delivery. Until then you wait for the call from the highness!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a sofa and six dining chairs at Maison Corbeil Brossard on November 16th, 2021, under the promise of having the sofa delivered by end of January and the chairs by mid-February. As the dates were too far, they offered to lend us a sofa and two chairs while we waited for our stuff. We just received the two chairs, but the sofa never came. By the end of January, I called de sales representative to know about the exact shipping date of the sofa, and, to my dismay, she answered that the shipping date had been delayed by a month meaning the end of February. The end of February has come. I called the sales representative, again BAD NEWS. The sofa COULD be shipped the first week of March (meaning next week) and for the chairs we’ll have to wait until mid-April if we are lucky. I know Covid affected the supply chain. However, I bought other furniture elsewhere and even If I had to wait two months to get my stuff, they shipped them on the exact dates they promised me at the beginning. What a terrible service Maison Corbeil offers. On top of that, the sales representative does not want to know anything about my order and puts me to call directly to the company to know about the delivery status.

A giant store with an interesting collection of overpriced furniture and unfriendly staff. You have to meet certain profile that is not necessarily disclosed to get anyone's attention! Many items are way overpriced compared to the greater Montreal or even Canadian benchmark however the quality is good and some styles are really longer than interesting. I wish the service was just as high as the price it will change the store and the customer experience quite radically.

In December I bought the plume bed frame in ivory and although it was a nice bed in the store there were a few issues once it arrived and was installed at home (great service for that) within - few days I contacted the team to know the process to return and there were huge delays back and forth with a lot of repetitive communications asking what the issue was 2 and 3 times never with a reply to my previous description of the issue. I tried multiple numbers found online which ended up on a voicemail and every person at the store seemed to pass the ball onto someone else. Finally I called the department who was responding to my emails (now almost one month past the purchase date) and they said I had to deal with my sales person. I then tried to contact her and again passing the ball between departments saying the stores policy does not offer buyers remorse options. I do not understand how it is so hard to honour a buyers remorse policy within a couple days from the purchase date. Having known it would be like this I would never have bought from this store my two biggest furniture pieces. You would expect with such high prices come great customer service.

I bought a set of dining chairs in 2016 but they were badly installed by the people they've hired. After maybe a year or two of usage, I heard a crack at the leg area and realized that a screw was missing. I noticed this for all my chairs so I decided to call and complain about it. They apologized, took the faulty chairs back and issued a full credit. I used it to buy new chairs. I was so happy and satisfied from this experience that in the following 3 years, I've purchased a bed frame, a dining table and now looking at getting a new couch from there. Maison Corbeil will always be my go-to store for furniture!

At the price point they are in, I would expect much better customer service. Our buying experience was good. The sales representative Karl Hebert was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful in picking our bar stools. We were even in discussions about returning to purchase a buffet and dining room set. It's the after sales service that completely fell apart. One of our stools was delivered with visible damage in January 2022 and we're almost in June 2022 and I'm still chasing down Customer Service for a replacement. Needless to say, we didn't return to purchase our dining room set and went next door to Germain Lariviere instead. It's a shame because we liked dealing with Karl. We're simply uneasy purchasing anything from a store that delivers damaged items and doesn't offer replace them half a year later.

This is the first time going to Maison Corbeil. The store’s display is nice, and they have a variety of furniture. We were there for almost an hour, however, during that hour, we were not served by any salesperson. We decided to do our own tour, take pictures, and analyze the furniture by ourselves. It would be great to have someone that can assist us. Prices are higher than MUST and the quality is slightly better.
