★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read the reviews before buying here... I encourage all customers to stay away from this terrible company. I bought a fridge, stove washer and drier at once from the Brossard location in July. It is now September, and I only have half my order, and am being told that it will be another month until I receive it. Ridiculous. This company is selling appliances they don't actually have, while blaming their incompetence on Covid-19. Despicable. Shame on economax, I will never buy here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices OK but you get the quality you pay for. Where they lose points is shipping delays and false-promises. Was given 2 different lead times and NONE of them were respected. Called a few times and waited more than 30 mins on phone each time. Still waiting for their call back to this day.
EDIT- 90 days and STILL no call backs! THEY HAVE MY MONEY SINCE THEN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this place is at its worst. The advisor was totally unprofessional and made us so uncomfortable.
We had to fill a application for financing a table and he was going to fill the application and ask personnel question (SIN, revenue, etc...) in the middle of the store where everyone passes by.
When we asked for a discreet spot like an office he left us saying I never do that.
We had to look for a manager to proceed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service,went in person and bought a new washer and dryer and bed set only to find out two weeks later the dryer was discontinued, two weeks after that the bed frame was not available and their solution was to offer mix and match pieces . On top of this when it came time for a reimbursement their banking terminal was not working so we have the pleasure of going back and forth time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely crap, Low quality, bad service, business based on fraud.
Spent $5000+Tax in some items and it ended up by dumping it all in the garbage. some items like the microwave and the sofa last only for 1 year and some other items like the bed room and the dining room last for 2 years.
I Have been told that the sofa was made from real leather and all the items would last for at least 5 or 6 years.
Some items were already damaged even before i receive it.
Everything was a lie.
Don't waste your Time and Money.

Very low quality sofa fabrics that completely change shape after a year and a half.
Unpolite manager.
I never suggested this brand to anyone.
I wasted 2500$.
