★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store at Brossard and I bought a big mattress there, but staff were hostile to me for no reason whatsoever, I just didn't get the reason their attitude.
The Longueuil staff were very nice and friendly but they didn't have the mattress size I needed, and they referred me to the Brossard store and that's why I needed to go all the way to Brossard.

when I opened the box the product seemed to have already been returned, I found a bag marked replacement part and not even the same wheel. backrest assembly a nightmare! Jysk will never see me buying another product from them again. NEVER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This experience goes back to 2013 but I think it s still worth sharing . Bought a pair of sandals from them. It fell apart after wearing 3-4 times (less than 1 week from purchase). I think a pair of sandals from dollar store would have lasted longer. Manager was rude and aggressive. I don't understand why he was shouting! instead of taking responsibility for such an unacceptable poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service provided by Timothy the operations manager. I bought a patio set which sadly had some defective parts. I called the store and right away he was open to help me and find a solution. When I came in store for the exchange, he took the time to look at the new pieces and even open 2 new boxes to find the pieces with no damage. This is the kind of employee all should have. Kuddos for a pasionated associate who cares for his business and his clients. I will come back for sure to buy other items. Please congratulate him and give him a raise!
