Very cool place to have fun with virtual reality games. Reserve your spot in advance to make sure there is some place.

Games are fine, but the manager is a straight up mop. I had technical issues from the beginning to the end. My set of VR remotes stopped working. They eventually fixed that, but that made it so I wasn't synched in with my buddies anymore inside the game. Manager said "well we could put you in, but you'll have to play alone". I, off course, told her that it makes no sense, I payed for one hour with my buddies and was basically asking for a compensation since I lost like 30 mins in tech issues, (compensation which I had to push because somehow it didn't seem to click). She said fine "Ill give you 15 min". Turns out what she meant was 15mins alone of the same game I got halfway in before my stuff started bugging, (15mins from the start of the game) . I had to explain her that it made no sense for my buddies to watch me play a game alone and makes even less sense to restart an escape game just for 15min of game time. I had to argue to get us 15mins of a survival game to which she didn't bother giving no explanation, which costed us half of that 15min to figure out. --> This place would be good if it were a startup experiment, but not for somewhere where you would want to spend your hard earned money. There are other actual VR places around, I very much suggest those.

Overall terrible. Worst customer service imaginable. The two young girls were absolutely blasé from beginning to end and didn’t explain the key essential parts of the game. My system shutdown out of nowhere. Gameplay was laggy at best and I wasn’t in sync with the others. The girls were nowhere to be seen most of the time for our other tech issues and told us they can’t always be there...Upon requesting a credit for all the lost gameplay, one of the GenZ girls named Christina offered us a coupon (which pretty much anyone could take).

Equipment malfunctioned the whole time, of the hour of gameplay we probably played 25 minutes, the rest was troubleshooting. In the free roam session one of the players had to step out because the equipment turned off suddenly and nobody knew what the problem was. I was told I was going to get a refund and still haven't got news from them, all this happened 17 days ago. I'll never go back there.

The experience was definitely something to try once. It was overall pretty fun I guess. We played the mansion escape room for 25$/h, and the levels were fairly hard. We were three and it took us 30 minutes to complete the first stage ?. Nevertheless, they should give you a heads up before because if you have long hair, the cord on top of your head will get tangled up with your hair. I tried asking for help but no one came so it ended up yanking bits of my hair out. The VR set was kinda of unclear too. I wasn't sure if it was just because there was something on my lens or what but I asked the people I went with and theirs were the same. Overall, it's worth trying it out at least once I'd say.

First time there, because my son like VR game. It's a bit pricey for me, $25/hr. But different gaming experience. Place are nice and clean, staff is helpful.

My first hour was okay, staff are pretty much unresponsive if I seek assistance from my Booth, I had to always go them at the reception which makes me lose time and my remote broke out of nowhere. Then my cousins and I seek for a second hour and that’s where the problem started my headset and my cousins were lagging and giving us a grey screen. And the microphone for my other cousin cut off. Apparently the wires are now faulty since it’s excessive use. Although 30$ for an 1 hour is fair but what’s not its the equipment that needs to be updated. The manager, did give us the second hour free of charge, which was great because we pretty much played 20mins then all the glitches happened and the poor employee was alone assisting other people and couldn’t assist us. So the place needs new equipment or fixes. -Comfortable Headset -Better wiring -Stronger Remote Builds - -
